Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with UPS with this delivery. Obviously this is very frustrating, especially when the previous orders got delivered without any hassle. Unfortunately, there is nothing we as a webshop can do about the fact that UPS does not seem to recognize your address. In most cases these issues resolve themselves.

We would love to get into contact with you to see if there is anything we can do to speed up the process. Could you send us an e-mail to info@winparts.ie with your ordernumber and your complaint?

We hope you can also see that this problem is outside of our control. We expect we can come to a favourable solution together.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear that your parcel got delayed during transport with UPS. Our apologies for this.

Unfortunately, delays like these can always occur. Especially during the extremely busy holiday period. Beceause the delays can not always be prevented or predicted, the estimated delivery date you see on our website is exactly that: an estimate. We cannot promise or guarantee a certain delivery date or time, because of the various unpredictable factors that influence delivery.

When your order gets delayed during transport, UPS will update you about the delivery in the track and trace. I can see that there has been an update regarding your parcel.

I expect this issue gets resolved very soon. We hope we may be of service to you again in the future.

Based on your review it seems that your order might not have come through correctly. Once you go to pay for your order, you'll receive a confirmation. But if the payment didn't come through, your order will not be processed further. You can then always contact our customer service so we can resolve this issue.

We can imagine that this is frustrating, but there is not much that we can do about it. Once this happens we send an email to let you know that we haven't received the payment yet, so we can resolve this issue as quick as possible. This email could have ended up in your spam folder.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet. Unfortunately, during the holidays delays can occur more often.

I can see that your order is delayed during transport with UPS. They will update you as best as they can about the status of your parcel in the track and trace. You mentioned that you had to pay extra for customs, we are not familiar with these charges. We also can't see any additional charges being made by us.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you experienced problems with our payment system. This is not how it should normally work, and we apologise for this.

Normally, payments are processed within moments. Looking at your order, it appears that there may have been a glitch at the time of payment, which prevented it from going through properly. I understand that this is frustrating, but fortunately, this is not the norm.
