Wing Mirror Man Arvostelua 

Took my money, never delivered, and then cancelled the order when I complained.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from The Wing Mirror Man to think very carefully before doing so.

I ordered wing mirrors using links supplied directly by WMM following a product enquiry, specifically for my vehicle. Once fitted, both mirrors had multiple serious issues: they over-folded and hit the vehicle bodywork, the Blind Spot Assist did not work, the heating function did not work, and the mirror glass had insufficient adjustment, reducing the driver's field of view.

When I raised these issues, I was extremely disappointed by the response from customer support. Rather than focusing on resolving the faults, the approach became accusatory and confrontational, including suggestions that the body shop had caused or damaged the mirrors.

I subsequently lost confidence in WMM's ability to resolve the problems and requested a refund. The refund was accepted.

The mirrors were returned and genuine mirrors were fitted to the same vehicle. The genuine mirrors worked correctly, with none of the problems experienced with the WMM-supplied mirrors.

Despite this, the situation became even more frustrating. WMM subsequently stated that the mirrors had been tested and apparently no fault had been found, yet no testing evidence or results have ever been provided to me.

WMM then changed tack and claimed that I had ordered the wrong mirrors.

The problem with that explanation is that I ordered the mirrors using links provided by WMM themselves, and I have email evidence proving this. Despite being presented with that evidence, WMM have failed to properly explain why they provided links to parts they now claim were incorrect.

So the sequence, from my perspective, has been:

Faulty/problematic mirrors supplied.
Multiple faults reported.
Support became accusatory, including suggestions that the body shop had caused the problems.
I requested a refund.
The refund was accepted.
The mirrors were returned.
Genuine mirrors fitted to the same vehicle worked correctly.
WMM claimed their testing found no fault, but provided no testing evidence.
WMM sent back the faulty mirrors.
WMM subsequently claimed I had ordered the wrong parts.
I provided evidence that WMM themselves supplied the links used to order the parts.
That evidence has still not been properly addressed.
I am still chasing the refund that was already accepted.

The length of time this process has taken is also a serious concern. I would strongly advise anyone dealing with a dispute like this to keep every email, support ticket, photograph, invoice and record of every attempt to resolve the matter. Do not rely on telephone conversations alone.

In my case, the prolonged process and repeated deflection left me concerned that the matter was being dragged out towards the 120-day timeframe commonly associated with card chargeback claims. Whether intentional or not, the effect was the same: I was left having to take additional steps to protect my position.

Ultimately, because the refund still wasn't forthcoming and I had retained substantial evidence of the correspondence and what I consider to be WMM's repeated attempts to deflect responsibility, I had no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my card company.

I have been patient, cooperative and have given WMM every reasonable opportunity to resolve this matter. I did not immediately resort to a chargeback; I did so only after the agreed refund remained unpaid and I had exhausted what I considered reasonable attempts to resolve the matter directly.

Unfortunately, my experience has been poor products followed by poor and confrontational customer service, changing explanations, a failure to properly engage with evidence, and an unresolved refund.

My advice based on my experience: RUN A MILE.

Very dubious after reading the reviews but decided to take a gamble. Experience was excellent, a quick reply on email confirmed I was looking at the correct mirror, 2 emails saying the mirror was being prepared and sent, arrived within a week. The mirror its self was correct and fitted easily, the three securing bolts were not transferable from the old unit so I had to find three bolts to match. Cannot fault them

I ordered a wing mirror indicator for my Volvo it turned out I didn’t need it in the end, I did the online form to request a cancellation before it was sent iut, never had any correspondence, parcel arrived next day, I did a refund request as per website and over the phone and posted by Royal Mail tracked delivery to be told it was a active request and refund to refund my amount and laughed down the phone this was recorded and sent to the bank

Despite accepted returns of wrong item sent, they ignore you when it comes to refund. Now having to process through bank. Look up company house and you can seeing this is not a good company to deal with! Avoid.

Would anybody on here like to join me in taking this company to court? Paid a couple of hundred pounds for a part that never arrived - and reading these reviews it's basically fraud being committed on a regular basis. Time to do something about it.

Really poor service, wing mirror led strips were shown in stock so I ordered and paid for next day delivery. Not only did I get an email at 4pm the next day saying there was a problem with my order I called up to be told it would be 2-3 weeks. I don't believe these parts were ever in stock and to be told good luck when trying to find parts elsewhere was just unprofessional. I won't ever use them again.

If I could rate Wing Mirror Man no stars, I would. I ordered a wing mirror on the 3rd of July and we were told that there was an issue with stock, and that it would be delayed. Long story short, the company is terrible and we have never received the order. After multiple calls and emails and non existant customer service, we have given up and requested a charge back through the bank. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst company ever, waited 6 weeks for a wingmirror never arrived! They lied and said it was in stock repeatedly when it wasn't. Don't do business with this company!

NO NOT ORDER ANYTHING!
Phoned before ordering to check stock was advised 5-7WD's, placed the order and paid £364.69.
Was then advised the wing mirror would not be available for 2-3 months. Straight away cancelled my order for a refund.
This was 22/04/26 and was advised the refund would take up to 10 business days.
I am writing this review on 31/07/26 and have still not received the refund!
Have phoned & emailed on many of occasion chasing this refund to be greeted with very rude staff.

Ordered a wing mirror, they sent the incorrect mirror, returned the mirror after they admitted they messed up the order. When I returned it, they sent it back to me and after persistently chasing and no reply I’m left out of pocket by nearly £200 and an incorrect part.

Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. I ordered a pair of wing mirrors (Order #100037994), but they only delivered the driver's side. When I contacted them, they admitted the passenger side mirror was out of stock and missing from their warehouse.

Instead of doing the decent thing and issuing an immediate refund for the missing item (£113.10), they forced me onto an internal "waiting queue" and claimed they have a 28-day processing policy for refunds. They are essentially using customer money as an interest-free loan while wasting your time with terrible customer service friction.

I refused to play their games and initiated a formal Chargeback dispute through my bank (Lloyds), who instantly returned my money because the case was so clear-cut. Don't let them hold your cash hostage. If you are stuck in their fake "28-day queue," bypass their customer service entirely and go straight to your bank to claw your money back. Avoid this company at all costs!

I made a purchase for a wing mirror before seeing all the bad reviews.
I checked a mirror was compatible to my car with blind spot monitoring they stated yes never had an issue with all they have sold. Item arrives straight away I notice the mirror is a cheap quality and a inferior product and the connecting block was not the same the dash lite up immediately with fauIt codes refering to.the mirror. I requested a refund and a return of the item that in its self is a rigmarole. Eventually Item is returned and they use any excuse not to refund in a reasonable amount of time and breach consumer rights legislation. Im not talking just a few pound item.was in excess off £330 .
I made endless attempts to contact and complain. Extremely rude staff and in the end I informed them.i would be reporting to trading standards. Joshua from the company responded with 'we will look forward to hearing from our local trading standards agency.. absoute disgrafull customer service.
The wing mirror man company is a dormant company of companies house and not trading they go under the name now of buy online limited... save your money save all the hassle trying to get refunds and please purchase elsewhere.

Overall I'm happy with the results had the wingmirror painted it's a great match to the car ,they keep you updated with the process so yes a happy customer

Would not replace a faulty mirror glass, telling me to take it somewhere to get it checked at my cost! Customer services attitude was to put it lightly absolutely disgusting. Please everyone avoid. Had to by another mirror glass from elsewhere.

To be honest i wish i had read the reviews first. Received the mirror, the blind spot indicator did not work, i had to fit the mirror to the car to find that out. Sent it back in its original packing except the box ( The box i sent it back was better and stronger. They refused to send me a new one due to it not coming back in its original box! also because i had fitted it to the car. They sent the original one back to me, how is that for logic and customer service. Do not use this company.

Product was returned unused and the refund process was unnecessarily complicated. Communication was slow and the final refund amount was lower than expected. Eventually the refund was received, but overall the experience was disappointing. I would be cautious before ordering again.

I can only speak from my own experience, these people were excellent, they first sent an email to make sure I had the correct mirror and the correct colour code, and the remains of the mirror I had fitted the description they sent. They let me know when it went to the paint ,then again when they posted it. I fitted it to my car and all is spot on. Thank you

Outstanding service !!! Someone smashed the wing cover off of my new Vauxhall Grandland. Vauxhall could not get the cover and so I was staring down the face of a new complete unit at £580 plus vat plus fitting !!!! I called Wingmirror Man and gave all the details. Within a hour I had a phone call back saying they can source the genuine part ( although Vauxhall said they couldn’t !! ) and I could have it paint matched. So for about £110 I had it all done a delivered within 10 days. Just popped it straight on the car and looks perfect. I cannot recommend this company highly enough - amazing customer service, great communication, superb quality product, all for really reasonable price 10/10

Liars, don't believe anything these guys tell you. Shop somewhere else. Or regret it...
