The Provisioning Team (special thanks to Vanessa and our Account Manager - Tierney) were incredibly helpful, patient with us, and accommodating throughout the entire process, even recording our announcements for us at silly o'clock in the morning to avoid disruption! They went above and beyond to ensure a smooth, transparent transition with no downtime or disruption to our business at all as the Directors of the business had been very nervous about this. Every request was met with a can-do attitude, and nothing seemed too much trouble for the Provisioning Team. Great Experience. Thank you!

I have just completed a full swap over of our phone system with Windsor Telecom and Megan Tyler has handled the setting up and implementing of the system. I have always found Windsor Telecom to be professional and attentive, but Megan has taken this to a new level. She is a true professional and her enthusiasm is evident. I give the whole process a 10 out of 10.

Working with Windsor Telecom has been easy and straight-forward. Tierney Dashwood - our account manager - is extremely helpful and proactive. Queries are answered promptly and we feel like we are always well supported.

I've been using Windsor Telecom for quite a while (don’t even remember when I started), but things have gone downhill fast.

First, they kept silently increasing the prices over time and started adding pointless “add-ons” to the number all of which you’re forced to pay for, whether you use them or not. It's like buying a T-shirt and being required to also buy a jacket, shoes, and a hat — even if you don’t need or want them.

Their iOS app? Looks and feels like it was coded in the 90s. Completely outdated and barely usable.

But the real problem is their so-called “contract terms.” I canceled two numbers in the past, and they only required a one-month notice which is totally standard and acceptable.

Now suddenly, I find out they’ve changed it to a 3-month notice period. In 2025, who still does that?! Subscriptions today can be canceled with a few clicks but not with these guys. Apparently, I now have to pay for three extra months after canceling, for no reason whatsoever.

When I originally signed up, the terms were different. Obviously, nobody has time to keep track of every little change in their contract. And it seems they count on that sneakily changing terms just to squeeze more money out of their customers. How is anyone supposed to know what their situation will be three months from now?

This isn’t about service it’s about milking loyal customers with hidden conditions and unfair policies. Just because their "Mr. Boss" wants extra revenue!

And their support? Slower than a turtle. Zero urgency, no real help. Their main concern is making sure you keep paying them not solving your issue.

Avoid Windsor Telecom like the plague. Unless you enjoy being stuck in a contract trap and paying for things you never asked for.

A huge thank you to Paul and Lorraine, who have both been fantastic to deal with. They’re responsive, proactive, and always willing to go the extra mile when needed - whether it's troubleshooting something quickly or helping us plan ahead for upgrades.

I have been working with Alex R for a good few months now and he never fails to get the job done. He is so on it with issues, gets back to me quickly and has such a great attitude to solving any issue I throw his way or any silly question. Recently moved some services to Windsor to condense our suppliers. Windsor have been excellent from the outset. Meg in the Provisioning Team in particular, has been very helpful during our switch over. Answering every question we could throw their way. 5 Stars all round!

Very simple upgrade from one voice platform to another , no loss of service and great training

In a past life I was a senior support engineer working in 4th line and with responsibility for training juniors. As an IT Manager having worked with the provisioning team for over a year now, I never fail to be impressed with their speedy and competent response to our needs. Megan Tyler in particular is just the sort of engineer I'd want on my team, and in reality it feels like she is.

We have block of new flats, new refurbishment, and Windsor were task with FULL network infrastructure, cabling/AP/routers etc.
And they delivered a perfect project, and all work blended in with new refurb perfectly. All testing and onsite issues resolved instantly.

Having dealt with other telecom providers who weren't always the most responsive it is great to work with Windsor who we can always trust, they helped us with a plan for our whole year and will even loop in other team members so we can always get in contact if we need something. Big shout out to Laura, Dan & Tim!
