Abusive delivery wrong product
William Wood were very aggressive and their delivery driver swore at me on the phone at 07:30am.
They sent me the wrong lamp and have made it very difficult to return it. They are unable to tell me when they will collect it and they won’t refund me until they have it back. There are no options for me to send it to them, I have to wait for a collection. I thought the company was better than that, I won’t order from them again.
Their driver said they are coming from Manchester and they will just show up when they’re free. I need to be in the house to return it, so this does not work.

Fantastic service and products from start to finish
A fantastic service from start to finish. Great selection on the website at reasonable prices. I was very impressed with the after service. Delivery was quick and there was a lot of communication to let me know when delivery was going to take place. It was a very personal service and I will definitely use you again and recommend you. I even had a personal text message from the delivery driver. One of the best services I’ve ever had. And by the way, delighted with my mirror.

Recently bought the Liberty Black Full…
Recently bought the Liberty Black Full Length Arched Metal Mirror for my home studio - fantastic quality, makes the room appear so much bigger and delivery was much faster than expected!
Delivery was easy and ahead of time, a lovely touch that Rob, our delivery person, messaged ahead of time to discuss delivery, his date and time of arrival and any special considerations we had.
This was my first order from William Wood, will definitely be ordering other items for our home, and will certainly highly recommend to others.

I’m so pleased with my Aaliyah mirror
I’m so pleased with my Aaliyah mirror. The shape and wood frame are beautiful, and it looks lovely in our living room. The delivery service was 5 stars too: I received a text confirming the delivery date and another update an hour before it arrived. A great experience from start to finish. I now have three William wood mirrors and it won’t stop there because the quality is better than anywhere else!

Furniture is of a very average quality. Clearly drop shipped through a bigger, much cheaper outlet. There is value elsewhere.

Hello Bradley,
Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the furniture and your experience.
We would, however, like to clarify that we do not drop ship our furniture or source products through cheaper outlets. We work directly with our own manufacturers and take great care in selecting and producing the furniture we offer.
We are proud to have thousands of happy customers who value the quality and finish of our products, so we’re naturally disappointed that your experience did not meet those expectations.
We also have no record of receiving any direct contact from you regarding your order or any concerns with the furniture. Had you contacted us, we would have been more than happy to discuss the matter with you and see how we could assist.
We always welcome the opportunity to resolve any concerns directly and hope you would consider reaching out to our team so we can look into your order further.
Kind regards,
Sky
