Mirror is absolutely beautiful
Mirror is absolutely beautiful, on top of that excellent communication re delivery…..text received the day before, was able to text the driver back re leaving in a safe place if not home, which he did with no issues. Really pleased, will definitely use again and recommend to friends/family!

Caring Customer Service
Customer service was superb with a message only a few days after purchase to arrange delivery. I had the driver's number so could explain my address and had a quick chat with him too about timing. It felt personal and caring. You're up there with the likes of John Lewis and Barker and Stonehouse (in my experience anyway).
The vase was very well packaged and I loved it - great quality and as described. I've recommended you to friends!

Disappointing experience despite a beautiful product
Unfortunately, my experience with William Wood was rather disappointing. After spending a considerable amount of money on my mirror, I was left waiting for months for my order to arrive. Given the length of the wait, I had hoped that the product would at least arrive in perfect condition.
Sadly, when it finally arrived, the wooden frame had noticeable marks and scratches, which was incredibly disappointing after such a long wait.
I contacted William Wood regarding the issue, and they offered to either replace the mirror, provide a full refund, or offer a £30 partial refund. I chose not to return the mirror because I simply cannot afford to take time away from work to wait for a collection, and, given my experience with the original delivery, I did not feel particularly confident relying on the collection process either.
The £30 partial refund felt, quite frankly, very weak and rather insulting considering the amount I had spent, the length of time I had waited, and the condition in which the mirror arrived. In the end, I accepted it simply because I wanted the whole situation to be over.
Overall, after spending a significant amount of money and waiting months for my order, the experience was a total let-down. Personally, I would not use the company again.
That said, I do want to be fair and acknowledge that this may not be everyone’s experience. In fact, both of my sisters had previously purchased mirrors from William Wood, and theirs were absolutely perfect. So perhaps I was simply unlucky, but unfortunately, based on my own experience, I would think twice before ordering from them again.

My first delivery arrived smashed, William Wood were very helpful and arranged a replacement for me, unfortunately the bowl did not go with our sideboard and was heavy in weight for me so I have arranged a refund but am still waiting to hear when the driver will be collecting it. I was told it can take up to a week to hear, it will be a week tomorrow.
