Paid £290 for a pair of wellington…
Paid £290 for a pair of wellington boots, 18 months later they leaked ( stitching failed). Customer service wasn't interested in trying to get them repaired or returned, so I had to speak to the manufacturer directly.

Thorough and fast service!
I have had exceptional and swift service from William Powell Every time that I’ve used them. The team were able to answer specific questions about materials and sizing on waistcoats and delivery is incredibly quick. On the occasion when I returned a ridgeline Coat to exchange it for a smaller one the new coat was delivered within four days. This was over the Christmas period too! My experience with William Powell has been superb every time!

I have to say this company has by far…
I have to say this company has by far in way the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
It has to be one of the most expensive place to buy country clothing from, so my experience is they get you in take your Money and that’s it.
I have just purchased a pair of William Powell breeks only to find they fail on the first time wearing them.
All they want is your money and that’s it guys I would strongly suggest you go to somewhere that actually respects there customers
