Unfortunately my item was damaged when I received it. Looked as if it had been damaged in transit. However the way Philipmorris dealt with my issue was a true 'surprise the customer'. My issue was resolved on the same day, their efficiency, politeness and professionalism was second to none. Would definitely shop with them again.

I contacted Philip Morris about a Faulty zip on a Deerhunter Waistcoat. I sent the Waistcoat back for Philip Morris to examine.
It was agreed to refund the money for this item to my bank account on 13th May, it's now 29th May and no refund has been made dispite a promise to be processed week starting 18th May. I'm now told it will be paid 1st June.
Very SLOW at refunding money.

I ordered five Le Crueset mugs and one arrived broken, which was disappointing. I emailed to ask for a replacement, and they sent it the following day. Fantastic customer service.

Great sunbed cover protectors. I haven't used them as yet but they appear to be very good quality.
The polo shirt is a lovely deep pink colour and again very good quality.
