I’m very sorry, however, that your parcel was knocked about and arrived two days later than expected. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you are expecting a delivery within a specific timeframe. We will certainly pass your feedback on regarding the carrier, as we want the delivery experience to be just as good as the products themselves.
We really appreciate your understanding and are especially pleased to hear that you would use us again.
