I have recommended this site to various people following my need for it after chemotherapy.

Ordered a scarf on line, order confirmed then heard nothing for some time. On contacting them to see what the hold up was the staff were friendly but informed me the scarf was not in stock but due in within days. After further short delay and phone calls from company a scarf arrived, although not the one chosen. The scarf was acceptable but it would have been good to know it was not available when initially ordered so that I could have chosen an alternative that was available.

the price is what attracted me,much cheaper than on the high street,and though it was on back order the goods arrived within a couple of weeks so I was happy with that!
Things that were not so good were -:trying to get help from the queeries help line,who never responded,in the end the staff on sales found out for me about the delay.It took 21 days to get a reply from my e mail enquiring about the back order,the order had arrived 14 days before their response!
the other perhaps sensitive issue was the clear description written on the parcel for all to see -WIG. Other companies I have bought from were more discreet saying something like ladies accessories or head wear which I prefer.

This is the third Noriko wig I have purchased.Usually when I buy a wig,I have to style it,but this style is super.Just give it a shake and wear.Brilliant,and wear and wash well.Very pleased

Hi, i bought the product and was disappointed, but the service center called me straight away after i'd put my comment about it, they've sent me the new one then i just got it today!

I was told by my NHS wig supplier that the wig and colour I wanted was discontinued. I found you on the internet and, although you DID still have the wig I wanted , you confirmed that the colour was discontinued. However, you explained/described a shade you DID have over the phone and I ordered it on a if not satisfied I could return it basis. Well, the colour/shade was brilliant and I loved the wig. Service was personal and excellent, with very speedy delivery.

Very happy with the service I received. Frances could not have been more helpful and tried everything she could to meet my requirements, even sending me two wigs to look at.

The ladies at the end of the phone did everything they could to complete my order. I needed a hair piece for my wedding they really went out of there way to help me. Will definitely use ten again If I need too
