I’m Always satisfied with customer service. Sometimes a wig doesn’t work for you. Care for it like the instructions provide in shipping. Then, if you don’t like it, return it. You will pay a shipping fee to send back but I feel that’s fair. It’s easier than driving somewhere to try on wigs.

My wig arrived quickly but was a bit too small for my head, so I ordered a larger size on 3/26. I’m in Georgia, and on 3/28 my package got lost somewhere in transit. A claim wasn’t submitted to the carrier until April 3, and they said it was missing some information. Now it’s April 9, and that still hasn’t been resolved. No one has offered me a refund or replacement, and the situation remains unaddressed.
