Wickes - Worksop Arvostelua

We visited your Worksop store this morning 16/5/25..
How helpful a member of your staff was..
The lady in question is Patricia.. She was very helpful towards us..
Certainly needs a mention on how good a person she is…

Sally Hatfield greeted us and immediately began to help us plan our kitchen. She was knowledgeable about the products and price ranges. She came onsite to measure, plan and discuss and was very helpful and friendly. When we returned to see the plan and the price we were delighted with both.

Debbie was very helpful and patient processing my order for delivery. She made a daunting task less so. Very pleasant experience will shop there again.

Sally Design Consultant, Wickes Worksop
With just a basic layout of our kitchen, she was able to maximise the full installation.
Very helpful, a Lady who knows her stuff .

Sally Hatfield has been brilliant she's listen to what I wanted and did the design spot on had a few hick ups on the way but she was on it and sorted straight away she made the experience a delight and not a chore

We went to the Worksop store with definite ideas about how we wanted our new kitchen & also which one we wanted. Jacky Povey was very patient & worked with us to make sure we were happy with the design & explained every step of the ordering & fitting process. When it came to fitting we were allocated Pete Godley to do the job & he was another star. Can’t fault the quality of his work & his approach to the job. We are extremely happy with the new kitchen & the whole experience we have had in buying a kitchen from Wickes.

I called in to get something and asked the young girl called Steph on the help desk and she ask the manager Joe if he could help me and they were both extremely helpful and got me what I required, highly recommended store and both the members of staff couldn’t of been any more helpful polite and couldn’t do enough every member of staff dealing with the public should have this attitude well done wicks for great staff both people should be praised x

After several frustrating conversations with kitchen design consultants who seemingly were only interested in the large kitchen projects, brochures collected and minefields negotiated🥹
By chance I wandered into Wickes Worksop branch and started a conversation with Design consultant Sally Hatfield. Sally listened to our requirements and met every challenge we put to her, clearly she not only has wide experience in the kitchen design industry but also loves what she does and goes the extra mile. I’ve chosen to install the units myself and right now I’m faced with 34 boxes of flat pack but I know that Sally will be available if I need to discuss the design details, the amazing thing is that my wife usually needs to chew things over after the presentation but I was shocked when she made the decision in store without any hesitation, a true testament to how good Sally is.

Paul is a super star & very helpful thank you

We went in for some internal doors and the service could not have been better, from Brad getting a trolley for us and taking them for home delivery. To Steph and Joe sorting a delivery slot and taking payment. I would recommend using their store without hesitation

Absolutely brilliant service from the team at Worksop Wickes. Debbie and Joe were both really friendly and super helpful helping with my fencing order - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, thanks again Debbie, Joe - really sppreviated!

Helpfull in all aspects from advising all items could be added to delivery for same cost . Helped us with a garden storage unit by telling us it was on sale the day after to help us save money . He was very polite and knowledgeable with our order all round great experiance

We would like to Thank You for Jacky at the Worksop branch. Thank you for her professional help and endless patience to create our new kitchen. Thanks for Jacky’s experience and practical advices! It became amazing, just as she designed it! We would strongly recommend her help in the Kitchen’s world! We are so grateful! James and Elizabeth

Just attended Wickes store Worksop 11:56am purchased 16th February 2025 and a young guy helped me in locating some paint saying in stock but not on shelf. This guy couldn’t have helped anymore looking for me and talking to his supervisor where eventually we found it. The colour I was looking for was Mustard Jar in silk as sorry didn’t get his name but he will know by this. A credit to the company excellent service. The supervisor was also very helpful.

From a blank page to the complete bathroom Wickes helped us find the perfect bathroom, Jacky the bathroom designer helped us realise just how good our bathroom could be. Definitely worth popping in if you’re embarking on a project.

I use this store regularly for all my Bathroom supplies, including tiles, plumbing fittings & pipes etc. The shelves are always well stocked. The staff are always helpful & friendly.

I had an inusual question about an item that was quite alien in its nature. My bespoke and complex needs were met with concise and esoteric knowledge and advice tailored to my quandary and particular predicament. Upon my approaching him, Joe assessed my case when presented with a piece of material that was causing my confusion, promply pointed me towards what I needed where in store and then relieved me of the cash for it digitally at the till. Joe was friendly and approachable with excellent knowledge around my particular requirements. Hazzarr and whoop for the service and resolve. Thank you.
