I was helped by Brian and Alex who brought new stock from the warehouse and were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service!

2 bewildered customers were beautifully looked after by Ken at the Woking branch. He was endlessly patient in walking us through the project and his many years of experience shone. Also a mention to Zoe who was helpful on our original visit. Thank you

I was looking for material for an art project and experienced excellent customer service from your employee Brian! He seemed genuinely interested and helped me consider various options with a friendly and polite manner, he even me to take a picture of the completed project so he can see it on my next visit. The products we bought on click and collect were all as expected. The reason for my review is due to the staff member at the Woking branch called Jazz. She was excellent at customer service. We arrived early for our click and collect and Jazz went round and gathered all of what we ordered. Even bringing back a suggestion of an alternative for something that was out of stock. We then asked for something extra which she went and got for us. The store was very busy but Jazz remained calm and focused, she was very helpful and polite, well mannered and professional. A credit to Wickes. Well done Jazz.

Visited to have a wallpaper sample colour matched. Mohammed asked good questions and saved me a small fortune by advising that a sampler pot of paint would be sufficient. Great stuff

Great service and a fantastic fitter. Shruti was so helpful in designing our bathroom and sorting any issues re delivery and out of stocks. And Florin (CF Improvements) was superb.
When our old bathroom was stripped out, issues with historic leaks emerged (rotten floorboards and joists) Florin was wonderful in rebuilding and fitting the room and the additional costs were all very fair and reasonable. Would thoroughly recommend.

As a primary school teacher I ve applied to the community fund program and got given loads of compost to help our forest school site so we can establish pollinator gardens. We are very grateful for this generous fund to support the school! thank you so much! a great experience!

Ken was very helpful from start to finish. The installation team were also very good understanding and bent over backwards to insure the kitchen was installed to a high standard.

We were a little worried about speaking to someone about our new bathroom design, but we couldn't have been more wrong! Shruti our Wickes wizard listened carefully to establish what our expectations and preferences were. Then carefully guided us towards what works and what we should avoid. Shruti is a library of information and patience, totally understanding our point of view. We're almost complete after a home visit, and would happily recommend the insight and knowledge Shruti perhaps others impart. Fantastic

Click and collect purchase. I was greeted by two members of staff both eager to help. The young man (Fred?)went find my order and when he discovered a couple of items were no longer available he communicated with the manager. Jamie (the manager) dealt with it efficiently offering me excellent alternatives.
Whilst I was waiting for my order I witnessed Jamie's excellent customer service with the customer infront of me,so this is obviously consistent.
Although mine was a relatively small purchase, I will be looking to purchasing a kitchen in the near future. Thanks to wicks excellent staff I will be returning when I am ready to purchase a kitchen.

⁸This was a 100% positive experience from initial meeting, though to follow up meets to discuss design changes, delivery, and post-installation visit! We had Nick Hedges at Wickes to design and advise us on our kitchen purchase; throughout the whole process, Nick has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient as we changed our designs! Given that we were installing in a new extension, Nick even came out to double check everything would fit as anticipated. Really impressive level of customer support, and we are absolutely delighted with Nick's design. His valuable input, wealth of experience, very thoughtful suggestions, and close attention to detail, meant that we have a perfectly designed kitchen that really works well for us, and looks stunning! Working with Nick was a real pleasure; he really listened to what we wanted and went above and beyond to ensure we got the kitchen and utility we envisaged. We are delighted - thank you, Nick!

Superb seamless service by Ken. Did a great job with the bathroom design including making various adjustments during the process and answering questions. Really prompt replies and on point. Knew exactly what was needed.
