Generosity of Hannah and her team at Wickes
Very friendly and helpful staff (Hannah and her team) They provided our carpentry students with some fantastic prizes for their induction week competitions. They were very much appreciated by the staff and students at the college. A very kind gesture for a great cause at really short notice. Thank you Wickes Wisbech!

Hey Richard, thank you for your valuable feedback and I'm sincerely sorry to learn of your overall customer service experience in the store and head office. This is not the service we aim to provide and if you can please reply back to the private message I've sent you on trustpilot we can investigate this further. - Dylan
I replied to his private message and he never bothered to telephone me to resolve this.
Just shows you just how pathetic Wickes are.
So why Dylan did you send me a private message if you had no intention whatsoever of resolving this.
I am also confused with your reference to furniture ombudsman?
WHAT?
A JUST CAN NOT BE BOTHERD COMPANY.
DO NOT GIVE WICKES YOUR CUSTOM, THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

Hey Richard. I'm sorry you're unhappy with the service however your case was with our complaints team, and they would have provided a resolution for you - there is not much I can do when our complaints team is involved. If you're unhappy with the resolution please contact the furniture ombudsman. - Dylan
