Wickes - St Albans Arvostelua

I approached Wickes, St Albans, to design and fit a new Bathroom. My Design Consultant, Anthony Garnett, was extremely helpful and professional, clearly explaining all of my options and answering my endless questions, pre and post sale. I’m really happy with Anthony’s design, which matched my brief and budget. Really looking forward to the finished product.

Jamie was fantastic! A great help. Thank you.

We recently had a new kitchen designed and installed by Wickes. We found the quality of the end product and the service throughout was excellent. The design input, sound advice and guidance provided by Anthony Garnet (at the St Albans branch) on the layout, choice of units and white goods was invaluable and he was great to work with. The installation, carried by Paul McCarthy, was top notch. He really knows what he’s doing, was very helpful and a joy to have around. The kitchen looks fantastic, works really well and was in our view, great value for money. It feels like it will have a lasting quality that we’ll enjoy for many years to come. Our thanks to all concerned.

In store at St. Albans I had exceptional customer service from Tony and members of the management team. They helped me split up the order to have heavy parts of it delivered, and signed me up to TradePro to make the most of the discount. Tony really went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, such a great experience. Thank you

Jamie was immensely helpful with all my random requests.

Great service in store. Very attentive staff and helped me find what I needed

We have renovated our Bathroom through St Albans Wickes. The experience was great. Thank you Azhar from design team who has listeneed to our requirements, gave us recommendations and has been very helpful throughout the installation process. Azhar was easily reachable to provide inputs and clarify any doubts we had. The bathroom installer Joseph home construction has done a excellent job. We asked so many questions / doubts during the installation process and the installer patiently explained everything and the quality and finishing was very good. Over all it was a great experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience shopping at my local St. Albans branch. Big shout out to Kai who was most informative and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

We are very pleased with our beautiful new kitchen and are so happy Tony at the St Albans branch was our designer. He's explained everything and asked questions to make sure we we got exactly what we wanted. The installation and delivery went without a hitch and I cannot recommend Tony and wickes enough.

Thank you Anthony! Who approached me and my husband when we entered the store, was very polite and knowledgeable. We made an appointment with him to have a quote, I was never rushed and all our individual needs and requirements for this kitchen were taken into account. Anthony was contactable via email and made time for me to revisit a couple more times and make amendments to the design and guided me through. I am so happy with the layout and can’t wait for it to be delivered.

Went to Wickes StAlbans to buy a kitchen and had a great experience. There we met Azhar (Kitchen designer)who was professional and showed great attention to detail and knowledge. He came up with an imaginative design and helped us achieve our budget. Thank you Azhar

Went in just before closing, Ashley was patient with us and helped us with getting what we needed. He also explained we could save on the delivery cost if we purchased something else, which we did. Thank you Ashley.

My wife and I selected Wickes for our new kitchen after considering a number of options and were delighted to discover we had been assigned Raeanna in the St Albans design team to oversee our project. From the outset she was keen to understand our specific requirements and worked tirelessly to create a dream kitchen for our new flat. Raeanna worked hard to ensure that every available space in our modestly sized kitchen would be well utilised and functional.

Raeanna’s patience, attention to detail and excellent communication during the design process was second to none. Her professionalism, knowledge and determination to put the customer first demonstrates what an asset she is to Wickes.

We very much look forward to seeing our amazing kitchen design come to life, in the expert hands of our highly regarded installer, Jamie Bate.

Thank you Raeanna, you’re a star!

We went to Wickes St.Albans for our kitchen design. Lady called Rea-Anna made the experience very pleasant and was able to help us with all of our questions and needs.
10/10 would recommend !!!

We had the pleasure of working with Rae for our kitchen. After multiple meetings and hours of work we finally reached our goal design. Rae went above and beyond to help us bring to life what we were looking for, as well as ensuring we got the best possible price for the works.

Kitchen Design

We have just purchased a kitchen from Wickes.

Outstanding!

We have a challenging space in our kitchen with many doors and windows. We had two people from other companies design our kitchen which made you feel enclosed. Azhar came to our home and promised he would be able to make it open up with a good flow in the kitchen. We were skeptical based on previous experience.
We were absolutely blown away by Azhar's design, he made the impossible, possible and really thought laterally about the entire project. We love the design and cannot wait for it to be fitted.
We now call Azhar our kitchen design angel.
thank you

I had a great experience with Raeanna at Wickes last month when I was buying a kitchen and a bunch of other bits for my house. She was so helpful on the day, guiding me to pick the right kitchen and other items I needed.

What really stood out was how she didn’t just stop there. Raeanna followed up after my visit, chased suppliers, and made sure everything was sorted and delivered on time. It made the whole process so much easier and stress-free.

Huge thanks to Raeanna for going the extra mile – If you’re shopping at Wickes, I definitely recommend asking for her help.

Really pleased with my Wickes Kitchen Anthony Garnett at St Albans was really great to work with in the planning and Mike Done and his team Jamie and Callum were great fitters. Really pleasant process and I was able to have my new kitchen in time for Christmas. Super impressed at the quality.

Lee, the kitchen fitter, was very helpful & professional. His work is immaculate & he cleans up after himself! He made sure all tradesmen were booked in & available at short notice. Although a few parts were missing, he returned to fit them.
In addition to this, the kitchen designer at St Albans store, Anthony Garnett, has been extremely helpful & went above & beyond to provide an excellent customer service.

Nathan designed my new kitchen, he did a great job and it looks excellent now that it’s installed. The fit and finish of everything is spot on. Nathan was very helpful and patient when developing the design, and clear about what could and could not be done.

Slight inconvenience with delivery, a couple of items did not arrive with the rest of the order, with several phone calls and emails required to rearrange delivery of these (one of which was out of stock for 3 weeks). But overall a positive experience and very happy with the new kitchen.
