Wickes - Salisbury Arvostelua 

We were served by Vicky who guided threw the hole procedure of are bathroom build we change are mind 3 times and it was no problem at all for Vicky 5 star service highly recommended

We had great service at Wickes. We used the community project to repaint the school gazebo. Milly and Eric were amazing!

Tried to return an online order to Salisbury branch. Was told I could not return an online order, I needed to phone customer services (and also I should check the www T&C to see not possible to return online orders to a store).
This was a 1hr return trip from my home to the store!
I called customer service who informed me, that's incorrect - ALL online orders can be returned to a store. I requested the parcel to be collected for return, as a 1hr trip unacepptable AGAIN!! Was told I had to pay £5 for the parcel return - even though the error was with the Salisbury store. CS called Salisbury and I was told if I went back, they would accept the return - no thank you for another 1hr trip!!
Customer Service said they had arranged a Royal Mail collection for following day (I received no email confirmation of return - even though I asked for it). Our postman had no record of the return and so I had to call Customer Services again. Yet another 45mins wasted. I eventually told them to cancel the return and I would return to another store.
All in all a complete shambles and no common sense here - for the sake of waiving the £5 return fee Wickes have lost an upcoming order (in the region of £1500), as we were going to place a further order for the internal doors on the same order.
Will never deal with Wickes again...

The fact that the service is free and available. Emma Robson explained how the process works, and made herself available, even though our order was not going to be her biggest deal of the year.

i went to the Salisbury store to get some materials for my rather unusual penthouse chicken shed design I'm planning i was unsure what I needed and to be honest no idea on how to build it.i wanted to find someone to ask but there was not many staff to be found .i spotted a little guy literally running around looking very busy,i thought id catch up with him and ask a few isles later i caught up im so glad i did .think his name was Gareth a manager.well Gareth took me round recommending what i needed nothing was too much trouble ,but said he had no idea on how to make things so" he phoned a friend "a multi skilled tradesman he knows. Wow this guy knew his stuff answered all my query's.i came away with everything i needed. I'm happy and sure my chickens will be too.

You wouldn’t normally expect an exceptional service just buying salt but I got one. Melody was absolutely amazing, knowable and polite. There was a web mess up but she sorted it in seconds, processed the refund and got what I needed at the offer price in seconds! Amazing. Not doing the online ever again, I will go to the store, so much easier and fantastic customer service.

Emma Robson helped design and order by bathroom. She was brilliant, patient, knowledgeable and absolutely professional. Not pushy at all. Could not have been more helpful. Thank you Emma!

My husband asked me to pop into Wickes and pick up some anodised aluminium angle trim. I had no idea where to find it, but as I walked into the store I approached the young lady on the till who knew exactly what I was looking for and directed me to the exact spot. I was impressed. Well done Holly.

I wrote to Wickes Salisbury to ask for any donations to help decorate our float for 1st Amesbury Girls Brigade. They were very quick in replying and supporting us with plywood and threw in some tools - we could not have been happier and they were so quick at helping us.

I went to Wicks Salisbury for some materials today I had difficulty finding what I needed I asked one of the young ladies if she could help I couldn’t believe how helpful she was, Milly was so helpful it made my visit a pleasure I wish every shop had a Milly .Thanks once again.

Unfortunately I had a very unpleasant experience in Salisbury wickes today, the older women working was very rude to me and my husband with absolutely zero need for it, it’s such a shame as I have never had an issue up there until now!

Went into Wickes in Salisbury

Returning some goods. Young lady refused to assist me - asked someone else to do it. Saying she didn’t have the access

Then took over the till the gentlemen was assisting me on to do a return for a white couple behind me! asked the gentlemen why she had done that - he didn’t have an answer. Asked me to go to another till

First time I’ve had such an experience in Wickes - chose them because they are a national chain - available nationwide. Have a Trade account there for 10 years.

This one person’s actions has tainted my great experience and customer service ive otherwise always received.

Very poor customer service from Staff in Salisbury.
The girl at the till litterally rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help to find tiles.
I wandered aimlessly for 15-20 minutes until I finally found a staff member who could help, no one around, and being totally ignored by two girls at the till who saw me wandering around, they justs tood there chatting.
Even worse experience with the same girl at the till when I came back to return some gods, no hello, no thank you, just msierable face and annjoyed extremely rude. She made me .I dont visiti these stores often and I am not a trades person, so I do need help to find the right items, I did not have that in Wickes in Salisbury.
I then had to buy some stuff for my bathroom, but literally felt to anxious to go there and ask questions so went to another store instead.

extremely unhelpful staff, young girl at the counter literaly rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help to choose tiles. Wandered around for good 20 minutes before I found someone who was able to help, that young lady has a great skill to make people feel unwelcomed.
looks like they dont udnerstand that some of us are not spending our days in shops like these and we do need help in choosing right items.
I got the same reaction when I came in to return and exchange an item, again no help whatsoever from anyone to find the right tap and materials. I felt unwelcomed and aweful for being there.

Had a kitchen designed with Vicky Harris and really pleased with the result. Prompt delivery and communication! Highly recommend!
Thanks to Jamie Grey for dealing with the replacement of a unit! Highly recommend to anyone interested in a good quality kitchen at affordable price!
