Incredible service even nearly a year on from when we first got our Kitchen.
We had an issue with a broken drawer and John has been nothing but amazing getting us a completely new drawer for no cost! Exceptional service, can’t thank you enough! Hoping to have our bathroom done in a few years time and will definitely be hoping to get help from John for this in the future!

The product seemed really good and good value for money. Our designer was very polite, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely pleasant. Steve at Rotherham. Happy to recommend.

Ordered online delivery Friday. Now Saturday. Called maybe Monday. As long as they use royal mail and parcel force the online service like playing roulette. Maybe it will maybe it will not.

Had a New kitchen from Wickes and the salesman was excellent in dealing with everything from design to colour scheme and basically putting everything in its correct place and how to suit our families needs the layout and how it all worked best for us really helpful and confident person thanks again to Jonathan

Our Designer Paul Nicholson was brilliant when designing our kitchen, he utilised the space we had so well and gave us a lot more space in there, that we didn't think was possible. Paul was professional and very friendly, nothing were ever too much to ask and always a phone call away. Thanks Paul

Ease of ordering online. Delivered on time and very cheaply. Good product for what we wanted.

After paying for kitchen units with sink on a Friday, we were told as it is off the shelf it would arrive on Monday, so I arranged with my installer to arrive Tuesday morning, then I received an email on Sunday stating that my sink would arrive on Monday and the units will follow on the Friday? I rang customer service Monday morning and after being told the classic we are extremely busy at the moment we will answer your call as soon as possible, then after 29 mins and 50 seconds they end the call! Absolutely disgusting, I shall never go to wicks again!

I found what I wanted on your website but then whilst in the Rotherham store I realised I needed a special tool. I asked Sarah for help and she was wonderful. Sarah took the time to look up on the system what was available in store, and even showed me where abouts it was. With Sarah's help I found what I needed and left a very happy customer.

Jonathan was great at helping us create the right kitchen. Nothing was ever too much trouble he always went above and beyond to help us to make sure everything was right.

Friendly and professional design service provided by Jonathan.
Drawings and plans were really useful for our contractors. We were kept updated with delivery and installation dates and the installers fitted the kitchen to a high standard.

Amazing new kitchen designed by Jonathan. Carefully planned due to the unusual shape. Kept me informed about every detail & sorted any queries or concerns I asked. Kitchen fitter Kevin, tiler Richard & the worktop fitter had a brilliant action plan to complete their tasks. Their workmanship was outstanding. Extremely happy with the completed design. Only issue was with the project Co-ordinator - who contacted me by phone a couple of times - found her useless.

So originally on a Wednesday I ordered some building material and informed staff I will collect tomorrow. I was unable to collect on the Thursday and so called the store to inform them I’d be able to collect Friday afternoon and was told that’s fine. I arrived Friday afternoon to collect the material and was rudely given a receipt for a refund by Julie (not sure if she is a store manager but lacks people skills) and told I should’ve collected it yesterday and that she’d refunded me an hour ago. Without the money returned I had to buy over £700 of building material again.

Today I had come back to the store to return some surplus material. I was then turned away due to the paper part of the plasterboard adhesive having a cut. The contents were still secured. Bear in mind this is how it was purchased as I dispensed from the van as and when my builders required it. The colleague was about to sort out my refund until Julie came over and said we would not be refunding it and it was not sold like that. I contested that it was brought from the store in this condition and she rudely replied “it’s not my problem” and to take it home.

Walked into the Kitchen department where I was warmly greeted. Had a nosey around and went back to find Matt to see if he could offer some advice on appliances. After a quick chat, we shook hands on the purchase of a new fridge, freezer and oven! His knowledge and general helpfulness made my decision easy after spending weeks looking for the right appliances.
I then asked him to point me in the right direction for lightbulbs to replace in my bathroom light and to my surprise he walked me to the aisle and helped me find the bulb and then even opened another till to serve me.
The service from Matt was 5 star and I'll now be shopping here for all of my DIY needs.

Wickes DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

We ordered a new family bathroom and ensuite from Wickes Rotherham. We have been left for over 5 months with no working toilet in our family bathroom and a radiator that doesn't work.

They have sent the wrong parts, our installer ghosted us for about 8 weeks, our toilet in our ensuite is only attached to the wall my one screw which is currently half way out, we need an in line fan to replace our other fan in our ensuite and our family sink will not retain water with the plug in.

After going to the Ombudsman we were awarded £690 compensation! We were told to expect this paid in 28 days. We are now on day 40!

Our 5 and now 6 year old has had to either walk to the ensuite or use a camping toilet we had to buy if she needs a wee at night time.

We have had countless items delivered to our house in error. Tom has taken multiple days off only for no one to arrive and now once again we are being ignored by a customer service team who are only contactable via email.

DO NOT EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE CHARLTONS AND DO NOT FULFILL THEIR CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS!

I've just ordered a new kitchen and John, the design consultant, was great in helping me decide on the kitchen, worktops, etc and the design he came up with was just what I asked for.
Would recommend them for their patience and choice.

As a female sometimes visiting Wickes can be quite daunting, it can be very male dominated, with trades men always knowing what they need. However it is always a pleasure to be greeted by Jenni at the Rotherham store. She always offers a friendly warm smile and ‘how can I help you today?’ She always finds what I need when I visit the store, helping me feel at ease and very comfortable when shopping. Jenni is quick and efficient and always goes above and beyond with her customer service! I’d also like to highlight her co worker Sarah too, she is always very helpful and pleasant when serving at the till. My only criticism is sometimes the line for the till can be a longer than needed wait, however I have seen on multiple occasions how Sarah and Jenni open up other tills to work down the line and get the customers served promptly. This really helps when you are in a rush to get back to customers jobs. Thank you to Jenni and Sarah for providing such a pleasant experience, if all of the other members of staff were like you two Wickes Rotherham would be 10/10!

I have visited the Wickes Rotherham store numerous times over the last 6 months for home renovation materials. The staff at this store are all fantastic, especially Jenni who is always bubbly and friendly, also very helpful in explaining where items are. I have other stores close by but favour this store because of Jenni!

My first time ordering and shopping from Wickes was EXTREMELY disappointing!!!!!
I have ordered a drawer unit and after 2 DAYS DELAY in delivering the order, I have just opened it and found out it has been sent in the wrong colour !!!!smh

Although my initial review would have been a 1 star, thanks to Nigel Lilley at the Rotherham South Yorkshire store it is now a 5.
Some fittings were missing from a product & 3 separate staff said they couldn’t help due to multiple excuses. I rang the store the following day & thank heavens I was put intouch with Nigel Lilley. He listened to my problem, asked me to send a photo of the fixing I needed, called me back within 10 minutes & had the fixings there waiting for me to collect instore. Amazing customer service & a genuine need to want to help. When we arrived instore & located Nigel he was such a nice, friendly & knowledgeable man. 5 out of 5 for Mr Lilley. Thank you very very much.
