Wickes - Pontefract Arvostelua

We're busy renovating a house and I'm in this Wickes around 9 or 10 times a week. The guys are all really friendly and helpful, but this time Deb has really gone above and beyond. She always makes time to chat and give advice and makes me feel like a valued customer. All the advice I have received off Deb for my renovation has been useful and I have been able to apply what I've learnt to make progress on my renovation! Thanks Deb! I always look forward to our chats!

I was served by Deb the other day and what a joy she is. She always brightens up my day with her smile and helpfulness. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Deb and she always helps me with whatever it is I’m buying. Thanks Deb keep it up.

Just came in to look at bathrooms and flooring. Spoke to Deb who was awesome and got everything I needed.

I was served by Deb, who was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She was very patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions as I was new to the product I was buying, resulting in £400 of sales!!! Wonderful shopping experience

Deb at Pontefract branch 5 star for setting up my trade card. Lovely helpful lady.

Im in Wickes regulary on early mornings and always find Deb really helpful. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Deb at Pontefract store, very friendly and super helpful.

Just been set up on pro trade account at Pontifract by Deb , she was very helpful and given plenty of information on the account . Some nice savings to come . Thx

Toni and Brett at pontefract wickes were so help full today. I needed 20 packs of laminate flooring. Not only did they check each and every pack, they put it on my trolley, and then loaded it into my car. I even received a discount due to some of the packaging being torn open. Really helpful and happy to help me. I also have a back problem which they were not aware of and still went the extra mile. Outstanding customer service. Thank you both so much.

Rubbish customer service. 3 behind the till and I was stuck behind someone returning an item. No one else waiting to be served other than me. Other 2 staff were talking and messing with the till, after 5 minutes a customer went to the other till and was served straight away. Won’t be using wickes again!

Polite and very helpful staff. Deb really made a difference to my shopping experience.

Normally use the Wakefield branch but due to being in Pontefract I called in there instead. I was served by a lady called Deb and she was so helpful and cheerful with nothing too much trouble for her. It was a pleasure to see someone so happy in their work. Well done Pontefract and well done Deb

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lucas during my recent visit, and I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment we spoke, it was clear that Lucas was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also genuinely committed to providing the best possible support.

No question was too much trouble, and he went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His professionalism, patience, and friendly attitude made a real difference, and it’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to excellent service.

Lucas is a true asset to the Pontefract team, and I’m very grateful for all his help. Thank you!

Deb was really helpful after our attempts of picking the wrong pink colour paint. She offered to actually take her time and open the tin of paints for us making our decision easy and quick. We really appreciate it thank you so much.

Deb has great customer service and very caring. Struggled with my trade account card, debs did everything she could to help and get me signed in on the app. Credit to the company!

Excellent service from start to finish from deb at the pontefract store. Much appreciated, very helpful :)

I've been into the pontefract store on numerous occasions, I was served by Deb, she was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and bent over backwards to help me, Deb went up and beyond, a pity all your staff can't do this, Deb deserves recognition plus a staff bonus.

On our recent visit Debs at the Pontefract West Yorkshire store was extremely helpful and pleasant member of staff a credit to Wickes

Deb was amazing, making a stressful situation really calm and friendly
