Wickes - Peterborough Arvostelua

Met a member of staff Steve was extremely helpful, helped me get everything sorted what I came in for.
Nice to meet a good and helpful guy.

We are absolutely delighted with our new Wickes bathroom. From the very first design, Catherine was fantastic — her ideas, advice and attention to detail were excellent, and she was always incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.

Igors then did an outstanding job installing the bathroom. His expertise, care and attention to detail were second to none. He was friendly, helpful and clearly took great pride in his work, never hesitating to make sure every little detail was finished to the highest standard.

The end result is fantastic and has completely modernised our main bathroom. We couldn’t be happier with it.

We would thoroughly recommend Wickes, and in particular Catherine and Igors, to anyone considering a new bathroom. A brilliant experience from start to finish!

Visit to Peterborough wickes today, very good experience as usual, however was today made extra special by Pamela who was on check out, an absolute credit to the company, very friendly and professional, can't fault service at all, thank you Pamela

Good store with helpful, friendly staff. Colin was very helpful and helped me find the item I was looking for.

What a pleasant surprise! It was a pleasure to talk with this polite, helpful and knowledgeable member of staff. It is rare these days to find someone who actively goes out of their way to assist customers. A great help.
Thank you Colin. (Peterborough).

I called into the Peterborough branch of Wickes today to purchase items for a utility room and had a fantastic experience.

I was assisted by a lovely member of staff, Pamela, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Not only did she take the time to listen carefully to what I needed, but she also offered some really useful advice on the products I was purchasing.

It was refreshing to receive such excellent customer service, and Pamela is a real credit to Wickes. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a positive one!

Bought pvc deluxe flooring. Terrible!!! It's NOT AT ALL AS THEY SAID IT IS. WE NOW NEED TO CHANGE THE FLOOR. NO ONE TAKES ACCOUNTABILITY FOR IT. I GUESS AS THEY SELL, AH? TERRIBLE !!!!

Pavels was a great help. He kept asking me if there was anything else and reminding me to buy other items I needed, with great rapport.

Pav was a top man! Great help and amazing work

Pavel was great help very attentive and patient

Great service and helpfulness from Colin at the Peterborough branch,

Excellent customer service from Steve the Manager at the Peterborough branch, he personally dealt with my complaint regarding some wickes products (The first complaint about wickes products after many years of using numerous products) .
I would just like to add that I always find all the staff very friendly and the store well stocked and organised.

Thank you
Duncan

Just wanted to thank Sally for the excellent personal service given to me this morning.
I was looking for something and she went above and beyond to find it and close the sale.
Many thanks.

No words can describe how poorly run this branch is and how inept the management and so called design consultants are.
So are you going to pick up these shower screens you have sent wrong like everything else on the order

Handy, especially at weekends and late at night after being at work. Great opening times for the busy DIY person.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to Steve for being so helpful and going above and beyond to help me with my purchase ( railway sleepers and accessories) Steve couldn't have been more helpful with helping me load the sleepers, choosing the right accessories that I need to complete the boarder and then to help me load them all into my car. This is what great customer service looks like and Steve is an asset to Wickes.

Anyone reading this should ask for Steve when you next go in.
