Wickes - Oxford Arvostelua

Very friendly staff on kitchens helped me out with some advice, didn’t feel like I was a nuisance. Very happy

Wickes Oxford are incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff were amazing at helping get all that I needed and they were so welcoming. My favourite DIY store in Oxford!

Luca at Wicks gave me plenty of time to work through my options and came up with a great plan.

Wickes was very helpful in donating items to Stonehill Community gardens that it would have struggled to afford. Michelle was instrumental in ensuring that we met the terms of the help being offered.

Haven’t been for a while and the store looked much cleaner and tidier. Kim was very friendly

Ordered a small amount of items online for delivery, but Wickes even managed to mess this up. Items missing, several items damaged and even sent the wrong item. Contacted customer services who took over 2 days to reply and have still not resolved the issue. They faulty items have been collected, but the replacement has not been delivered. The driver claimed this was coming from a different store, but I don't have much confidence. He even had the cheek to ask me to sign for the return which I refused. Also dtill awaiting refund - will contact HSBC to initiate a chargeback if this isn't forthcoming.

Popped in for some acoustic panels as i saw that they were on offer, load them onto a trolley, but there was no way we would be able to get them into the car, spoke to the person on the till, who call for someone to get them delivered, Marcus took us to the computer and sorted out a delivery within a few minutes, manage to get a slot in a couple of days, then took us to the till to pay. such great customer service.

Luca Linfoot the designer was friendly, extremely helpful and understood our requirements very quickly. He took time to show us the relevant bathroom items and expertly came up with up with a great design. His attention and support for our needs was exemplary and we would have no reservations in recommending Luca and Wickes design service.

What a great response from Wickes Oxford Community Project. I applied for funding for some building materials for a youth environmental project and was thrilled to hear yesterday that we were successful. Furthermore, Wickes kindly agreed to deliver the materials to site. Fantastic delivery driver Mark, of Build and Bloom landscaping, offered to deliver in his own time. What a super service.

Prices on till more than what is displayed difference by 10 pence and really rude manager total disgrace on botley oxford

Quick installation and good response time from customer service but multiple parts have failed and the 2 year workmanship guarantee does not cover much and they will state that it was damaged by yourself, parts are only covered for a year and this is poorly communicated during booking. Part of the reason i went to wickes and paid their premium price was for the extended guarantee but this ended up being a bad and expensive choice and did not cover much at all.

Luca was exceptionally helpful with suggestions after listening to our ideas and what we would like to incorporate into the design of the ensuite. He showed us several options and we discussed what would work well and look good. The result was a design in our budget and that will look great.

Bathroom designer was helpful, we used approved installer, problems with installation from start to finish, delivery attempted on wrong day, wrong product delivered and installed, pipework for shower placed incorrectly, necessitating removal of freshly installed tiles, hairline crack caused toilet to leak. We were very disappointed with Wickes customer service. At one point Wickes sent a different installer to conduct a survey even though a date to commence works had been agreed.

I used Wickes’ kitchen design service recently and was very impressed. Luca did a wonderful job and came up with creative and workable solutions to help me make the most of limited space in my kitchen. He really went above and beyond. Would highly recommend !

A huge thank you to Michelle Lawrence who accepted our school application for The Community Project!
We received the exact items we'd hoped for and are excited to make our small outdoor space amazing for our pupils in year 3 and 4.
Michelle couldn't have been friendlier when I came with my daughter to collect the items and her email communication was fantastic.

We have been really happy with the service from Wickes. Luca was great at helping us to get the most from our limited space, and we are looking forward to taking the next steps.

We recently had our kitchen designed by Luca at Wickes, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very first consultation, Luca was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive to our needs and ideas.

He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted from our new kitchen and came up with a design that perfectly balanced style, practicality, and budget. His attention to detail was outstanding, and he offered creative suggestions that we hadn't considered but have made a huge difference to the overall design.

Luca was patient throughout the process, answering all of our questions and making adjustments whenever needed to ensure everything was exactly right. His expertise and enthusiasm gave us complete confidence in our choices.

The final design exceeded our expectations and has transformed our vision into a beautiful and functional kitchen that we are genuinely excited about. We would highly recommend Luca to anyone looking for a kitchen designer who is professional, talented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Thank you, Luca, for making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free!
