I would like to say a big thank you to Josh nutting for his excellent customer service as a operation manager,I went in to purchase some fence panels at our local wickes store Nuneaton,whilst the product was not in a1 condition he compensated me,and i was very satisfied with the outcome,and while he was dealing directly with my self In store,he was abruptly approached by a lady,who worked there,clearly affected by the heat,I can.only assume,as she demanded he go bk on the till,but he was still serving myself and I thought the lady was quite rude,towards him also myself as a customer,his customer service skills were impeccable and he continued to assist myself first,before rushing to help others,thank you Josh you definitely have a managerial quality,in being able to cope with unforseen pressure,kindest regards Mr Newton-( Maverick )

I couldn’t recommend Gary highly enough! From start to finish of the kitchen design, he has been incredibly patient, especially with all the changes I made along the way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and he was always approachable, friendly, and never once pushy.

He created an amazing kitchen design that completely exceeded my expectations. His knowledge and expertise really shone through, and he answered every question I had with ease, making the whole process feel straightforward and stress free.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kenan's Kitchens for the recent kitchen refurbishment completed for us. Everything that Kenan and Mo and the rest of the team did for us to bring the Wickes design to life was excellent; including works by the plasterer's, plumber & gas fitter, tiler and electrician - we cannot fault the work completed and the attention to detail by all. We are extremely grateful for everyone's hard work and dedication to deliver the end product.

Right from the first meeting with Gary he made everything easy regarding planning our kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble even when we kept changing our minds over different things. He didn’t just sit at his computer in store he actually came to our house a couple of times. The kitchen was delivered on the Friday with great care and placed in the lounge. On the Wednesday Kris and Saul arrived when they said they would and promptly dismantled the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble,very professional and particular in every part of the installation. Can’t recommend Gary,Kris,Saul and Wicks enough. Greatly appreciated and over the moon with our new kitchen. Thank you all Gary and Lorraine Quinton.

The Wickes store in Nuneaton is brilliant I have used them a lot since being self employed and all the staff are very helpful.
I have also carried out work for three charities and they have always been very supportive with any help that they can provide.

The Wickes Community Project is wonderful. Heidi from Nuneaton was super helpful and now our nursery garden is looking beautiful.

We looked around at a few kitchen providers and settled on Wickes because we liked their products best.
Gary, our design consultant, made us feel comfortable from the start. From measuring up in our house, to the design session in store, he was friendly knowledgeable and just easy to get along with.
Nothing was too much trouble and Gary was more than happy to try out all of our ideas for layouts etc and spend time moving all of the units around on screen to demonstrate how each layout would look in our space. We really got the feeling that Gary was helping to design the kitchen for us, and not just "completing another job". He really wants you to be happy with the end result.

Once the design was complete, we had a fitter come to the house to view the design in the space that we had. From the moment he entered the house, this fitter gave the impression that he did not want to be there. He was finding problems that did not exist and caused us to question our entire design.
Flustered, we went back into store and spoke with the management (as Gary was out on a visit). They reassured us that our chosen design was perfectly valid and that they weren't sure what the fitter was on about.
As a result, they provided us with a new fitter - Colin.

Colin was incredible and a complete contrast to the previous fitter. He had a lovely friendly air about him, laughing and cracking jokes.
The whole fitting process was flawless and the end result is incredible.
I honestly cannot imagine having anyone else in our home for this period of time, and getting along better.

If you have the option of choice, I highly, highly recommend talking to Gary as your Design Consultant and requesting Colin as your fitter. You will not regret it!

We used Wickes in Nuneaton to disign and purchase a new kitchen.
Cost was extremely competitive, but more importantly, service was exceptional.

Her knowledge, professionalism and customer service were exemplary and we would highly recommend her.

Store staff are excellent and very helpful, products are extremely good however the delivery company they use DX Freight are appalling. Delivery of two new replacement doors arranged for 26 May, they delivered a day early!!!

Collection arranged also for two incorrect size doors also arranged for the same day, they did not turn up. Collection arranged for today and yet again they have failed to turn up. I’ve had to waste my time and contact them again for a collection today! This is absolutely appalling service and has completely put me off using Wickes again.

Gary has gone that extra mile to get us a reliable tradesperson who doesn’t let us down. Nothing was to much trouble for him & he was apologetic that the tradesman recommended did not turn up when it was arranged. Would recommend Gary for his profession approach & friendly service, Thankyou for your help.

Ruth made the whole design process both easy and efficient-she took time to understand our requirements and made some fantastic suggestions to give us what we asked for and more. We would definitely recommend, and can’t wait for our new bathroom.

Gary came out to my house and I explained to him what I wanted, he listened to what I had to say, he went away and did a great design of which I only changed a couple of things, speaking to other people I have not heard a bad thing about wicks, now awaiting fitting.

We have had two installs by wickes of which there wasn't any problem with the fitting. 9 emails all toll with no response from customer services
Customer service is terrible, wickes don't mind taking your money but don't like to help.
