Wickes - Nottingham North Arvostelua 

I had some laminate that was fully oacked and not used. I had it for 6 months and It was outside the reurns duration of 1 month. Mark and Tracey were fantastic and allowed me to return it.

Brought a new Kitchen in June 2025 from the Arnold - Nottingham store through Sarmed.
Sarmed was brilliant and genuinely cant speak highly enough of him. Engaged throughout, passionate about the design and colours, not pushy at all and gave the impression he genuinely wanted to help us achieve our dream kitchen.
We went for a Chester Cloudy blue style, and its a dream !
There were issues with the units however; some items missing, the handles and their bolt would snap leaving them useless and some of the instructions are very poor, but none of this takes away for the customer service we received from Sarmed, the online team and another Wickes Kitchen designer in the Arnold store who's name i forget.
Would recommend, just be patient with the construction if you do it yourselves like we did !

I had a very positive experience with Wickes when contacting them about a community project at the Macmillan Information and Support Centre. From the first conversation, the store Manager Tanya was open, friendly and receptive to our request, and she went out of her way to ensure the specific products we needed were avaialble.
Through the Wickes community programme, the store donated ear defenders to help make our centres more accessible and welcoming for people who are neurodiverse. This practical support will make a real difference to those using the service.
The experience highlighted how effective the Wickes community programme is and the company’s commitment to supporting local causes. We are grateful for the support provided, which reflects well on both the store and Wickes as an organisation.

Our Design consultant -Sarmed was polite courteous and friendly. He was very knowledgeable about the design process and produced an excellent layout plan for our kitchen. He showed us all the materials and recommended detailed arrangements for the products. We couldn’t hope for a better service thoroughly recommend the design service offered by Whickes at Arnold Nottingham

Having researched several kitchen suppliers we found Wickes products to be of superior quality, so decided to go with them and we are glad we did. At the Arnold branch (Nottm North) we met Stuart the kitchen designer who attended us at our home. After taking measurements and discussing our requirements he prepared a graphic pre-installation diagram. We found him very knowledgeable and skilled. We felt we could trust his judgment. He was patient with our deliberations and changes of mind.
The installation was carried out by Darren (Das) who worked tirelessly and with expertise and skill to create a fabulous kitchen in accordance with Stuart design. His team of electricians, plaster and tiler were also excellent and skilled in their work. We now have a new kitchen which exceeds any expectations we may have had. We would highly recommend Wickes' design and fitting services. Thank you all. Dave and Pat.

My consultant Sarmed was really knowledgeable and helpful.
Really polite and a positive appointment.

When I fiirst went into the kitchen showroom at Wickes, I saw the kitchen I wanted and asked to speak to the kitchen designer. I was told he was still on his break. I waited in the store for around 30 minutes but didn't get to speak to him so I made a home visit appointment. The kitchen designer measured up and said he would have a quote for me two days after his visit which was Wednesday 5th November, and that he would contact me to arrange an appointment for the Saturday 8th/Sunday 9th to go into the showroom to look at the design.I have had no communication from him. He also said that the offer displayed in Wickes, stating that 16 units for the units I wanted, would cost £3,728 was not real, and that the kitchen would be around £12,000, but that I could get 50% off for spending over £5,000.(I need 14 units so I believed I could get it for £3,728 as stated in store). I feel, if this is true, that Wickes is deliberately misleading people. I am still waiting for any contact from the designer. I have had a quote for the same cabinets from Magnet, that are more expensive, but I feel I would trust more.

My experience is based solely on my designer Sarmed Chaudhry.
He has gone above and beyond the call of duty. His kindness, consideration and hard work has been flawless. I was so stressed with a problem in my kitchen that I couldn’t solve personally, but he stepped in, dealt with it immediately and put it right. I am so grateful for that.

Dear Wicks North Nottingham, I have recently received fantastic service front Ryan at the Dulux mixing desk. We were trying to match a colour and I wasn't convinced we had yhe correct match. However this could be a long story other than to say well done Ryan for your patience and perseverance with not the easiest of customers a.d thank the out come was a perfect match. I would also like to add the the entire team at Nottingham North are brilliant. It is a pleasure to walk into store. Thank you all.

Such a shame ,having a good designer for my long awaited kitchen, you let me down with an installer who changed my installation dates 19/8,26/8,4/9,3/9,then went on holiday in the middle and finally finished the alusprash and rest of flooring on 29/9.
I still have 2 corner cupboards with missing panels after I complained and since then no communications what so ever.
6th december 2025-resolved by Wickes inhouse installer not the original contracted out installer

Jake did an amazing job of designing our bathroom and was on hand to offer advice throughout the process. It’s exactly what we envisaged. So happy with the results. Thank you

I appreciated the time spent understanding what I needed; this time plus Jake's experience and consideration translated into a bathroom design which exceeded my expectations as it meant the best use of space.

Customer service was excellent. Sarmed was honest, polite and took time to design my kitchen within my budget. The whole process was straightforward and the end result looks amazing. I would definitely use Sarmed again and recommend him 100%
