Wickes - Northampton Riverside Arvostelua

I had been sent to Wicks at Riverside Northampton by my husband to purchase some screws and brackets! I asked at the desk and Lottie came to help me, she was so kind and helpful, really chatty and made the whole shop experience a pleasant and easy one! Thank you! 🤩

Really helpful store.
Answered all my questions.
Found all that I needed.
Thank you Lottie. & The team

Just had the most amazing service from ANNA. Helped me load a lot of wood in the van, helped me get the wood I required. An amazing employee WICKS riverside have. Great job 👏

It was an absolute pleasure to go to the newly opened Wickes on Riverside. The staff are extremely professional and friendly and it was amazing to get sound advice from staff. Ash was particularly helpful and without his help I would not have been able to complete my purchase; his assistance and advice was second to none. I will definitely be using this store again as everyone is so helpful.

Customer service. Lewis was so, kind, caring and very professional, he was excellent from start to finish. Please thank him again!

Love the new Wickes store. Got some really good advice, and help, from Dan (duty manager) and one of his shop assistants. Will definately be shopping there again.

Today I was served by Emilia. She was extremely helpful, attentive, polite and friendly. She made our experience stress free and supported us getting the paint color we wanted. Thank you so much for all your help. 😁

Easy to make the appointment and kept informed. Tamsin was fantastic and we had a good conversation about likes dislikes, what I hoped to achieve with a new bathroom plan.
Looking forward to seeing the results.

Great service from Anna for my floor !

Lewis at Northampton Riverside couldn't have been more helpful. He was very chatty and helpful and gave me useful advice on my paint selection.

we recently popped into the Riverside store to look at the kitchens and made an appointment with Aaron to design our new kitchen, have been very happy with the service. Aaron has been attentive throughout. We look forward to seeing the kitchen installed.

Went in for a new shower head and as I was looking i was ask if I needed help by a lovely member of the team called Anna. She helped me pick out what I needed. Amazing and friendly. The shop was also clean and welcoming. Amazing experience would recommend.

We’ve purchased, and are awaiting delivery, of our new kitchen. To be honest, we’ve flip flopped around over the last 6 weeks between different kitchens and suppliers but, it’s been the excellent service provided by Cam Barton that has made the difference and is ultimately why we are purchasing from Wickes. Never once has he tried to openly ‘sell’ us anything. Instead, he has been calm, helpful, accommodating and has made the whole experience so far non stressful and a pleasurable journey. I will add another review (or update this one) post delivery and installation but im hoping the Wickes product matches the excellent service we have received so far.

Excellent 👍🏻 I did a click and collect order which was ready in under the 15 mins stated !! At the checkout, Dan was great, he fetched the 5 items I had ordered and offered to take them to the car for me. I am disabled and use a walker so his help was very much appreciated. Even held everything while I sorted my walker and he past each item so I could put them in the car. 10 out of 10 thank you

Visited Riverside Outlet since new. Overall genuinely great service from all staff.
Last person who served me was Charlie. Overall, very helpful and polite.

Great addition to the local area, Charlotte was particularly helpful and knowledgeable when we came in today needing advice on paint choices and recommended us some really useful accessories, nothing was too much trouble

I came into the store recently and was really impressed with how knowledgeable and helpful a member of your team was. I believe her name was Anna. I came in for a sink pop up plug replacement, which unfortunately was different from the one I needed, however was also impressed in her sales ability as she was trying to sell me a sink replacement. A credit to your company.

I recently purchased a Wickes own-brand lock, but unfortunately it was a few millilitres too big. . As it was still unopened, I decided to return it to store and exchange it for a different size.

At the time of purchase, I was asked if I’d like a receipt. I declined in an effort to save paper and help the planet!

When I visited the store to exchange the item, I was disappointed by the attitude of the staff, who were unhelpful and seemed unwilling to assist. I was told they had spoken with the manager, who confirmed that an exchange could not be processed without a receipt.

As someone who works in management myself, I was particularly struck by the lack of helpfulness and empathy shown. While I understand that returns policies are in place for a reason, to be as dismissive about an exchange is not good on Wickes, especially as they have just recently opened! The staff’s attitude promotes the brand!

To add fuel to fire the Wickes own brand lock was of poor quality!

Is very kind and helpful. The best William.thank you

Lexy was really helpful! She sorted our refund for us even though I ripped my receipt😩 not to bad on the eye either 😂
