Wickes - Martlesham Heath Arvostelua

The biggest thank you to Yasmin at the Martlesham store for assisting me in which paint would be best for my bathroom. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took time to explain the products to me. A credit to the store! I will always revisit this particular store in future now!

Great customer service and help obtaining a trade card from Becky at Martlesham Heath Wickes.
Great to do business with 👍

Very good help and advice from Darrell Langridge at Martlesham Heath Ipswich branch. Delivery was efficient and on time.

Went to collect shelving on behalf of Ipswich Hygiene Bank and was greeted with a friendly face, they knew instantly what I was referring to and the location of the item. Participated in photos for our social media and theirs, couldn't have been easier. Thank you so much Wickes Martlesham for your kindness, helping the hygiene bank initiative.

Popped into Wickes during the recent cold snap looking for waterproof thermal gloves and couldn’t fault the service. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quickly pointed me in the right direction.

Really appreciated the help — great customer service and I’ll happily shop there again.

I collected my order from Wickes today, I was served by Gemma who was a very friendly and polite member of staff.

Thank you Gemma for your outstanding customer service.

We were allocated Shanel to redesign our kitchen and utility room. She was friendly, professional and always welcomed us with a coffee for our appointments. When she first visited us to measure up she was able to suggest options taking into account our overall vision for the major project which included removal of a structural wall. Throughout the project she was keen to check on how it was progressing, visiting us on several occasions and offering advice on items we were unsure about.
Shanel recommended Adam of Orca Projects to manage the whole project who was an ideal match for us, with his professionalism and attention to detail. His whole team were hardworking, trustworthy, professional and considerate. We were so lucky to have Shanel, Adam and his team with us from start to finish creating our dream kitchen which has totally transformed our day to day lifestyle.

On visiting wicks. I knew what I wanted . But spotted some reduced items that would be handy.
When I got to the till I was encouraged to open a trade account which I had always put off. But becky made it pleasant and easy.

Walked into Wickes feeling really ‘meh’ after a shite day at work. Gemma see me and we ended up having a bit of banter. Left the store feeling great!
Cheers Gemma 😊

Gemma at the store was very knowledgeable and spent the time helping me find the right product. Made my visit very useful will definitely return another day.

Great service as always. Gemma helped me get 15% off on Tradepro and sorted my gift card

Extremely helpful, kind and bubbly service from Carly and Gemma

Sales assistant Gemma was brilliant. I needed some string of a specific type and Gemma enthusiastically showed me around the store to see all available options. Ironically I'd gone to Screwfix to find what I wanted was out of stock so dropped in to Wickes Martlesham and glad I did. Good old fashioned customer service with a smile. Thank you.

Becky was great and helped me navigate to the trade pro app

Gemma was beyond helpful and friendly in store today, she is always cheerful and welcoming.

Love going into the store first thing in the morning good friendly staff always smiling. Great customer service from everyone always with a smile from Becky, a great laugh from Peter and great friendly banter from Darren. Never a bad day when you see their faces let alone their knowledge. Thank you keep up the good work!

Very helpful staff, Isaac. Dealing with a slow paint matching machine, he got it all sorted. Thank you

Gemma at Martlesham Heath is an absolute delight! Apologising for decorating the Christmas Tree behind her till, she quickly turned her attention to us and was helpful and informative whilst maintaining humour and a lovely smile. Perfect customer service!
