Wickes - Lichfield Arvostelua

Fantastic service from Lynne Smith who responded well to us and was easily accessible throughout the project. Great service which I would recommend to others.

Visited the store in Lichfield looking for outdoor paving as our local store had none. Found just what we wanted and they had enough in stock. Went to make the purchase and book a delivery only to find the only option was click and collect! These were 22 - 900x600x20 porcelain tiles not a small box of 6x4! The member of staff was as surprised as we were for items so large and heavy. She was very apologetic, it left us a choice of going somewhere else or try and get them home ourselves.
In the end it took us 3 trips a total of 72 miles not very environmentally friendly and certainly not what customers in their 70’s wanted to be doing on a hot Saturday afternoon.
The staff did as much as they were able to assist us at the store but we still had 3 journeys and had to unload the tiles once home! We’re feeling the effects today !
A big thank you to the staff for their help.
Who at Wickes made that decision of “no delivery available “ for the purchase ?
Very poor company policy

Lynne in the design team always goes above and beyond to help and advise on bathroom projects.
Always my go to for all bathroom and kitchen projects.

Julie is an excellent member of your team helpful , knowledgeable and full of personality
She guided my partner through the choosing and purchasing of a new kitchen with patience nothing was too much for her

Excellent experience at wickes in Lichfield. Julie Evans went above and beyond to get the best kitchen design at the best price for my new house and captured perfectly the kitchen I wanted. Thankyou so much! Highly recommend.

Absolutely dreadful company we wanted to return an item over 30 days so called the head office who advised we call the Lichfield branch, we did and spoke to the manager who was so high and mighty he said it’s below me speak to the store staff. We called back and they said as it over the 30 days period they could only offer a store credit which was fine. We loaded about half a ton of curb stones and cement etc and drove to the store only to be told no we won’t accept the items back !!! Terrible customer service and the manager needs sacking.

We entered the store looking for bathroom storage and we were able to speak with Lynne Smith, who was very enthusiastic and came to our honeymoon the same afternoon to discuss options and draw up various scenarios for our small bathroom. Unfortunately Wickes do not install bathroom furniture without the need for plumbing but Lynne still took her time with us and advised that as soon as we found someone to do the installation we would be able to order and receive the goods at the pre-agreed price. If we had needed a plumbed bathroom install we would have chosen them as we were treated so well

Julie Evans was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, and made everything easy to understand. Excellent service from start to finish. Thank you!

An impressive and efficient process. Julie has been so helpful, reassuring and patient. I couldn't have had a better experience!

I purchased a kitchen through Wickes and would like to thank Lynne Smith for making the entire process so easy and stress-free, Lynne's approach, professionalism. and knowledge were second to none She took the time to understand my needs. offered helpful advice. and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Her friendly and approachable manner made a big difference. and I felt confident in every decision thanks to her guidance
Its rare to receive such excellent customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both Wickes and Lynne to others. Thank you again!

After several weeks of getting nowhere with customer services over damaged tins of paint ordered over the internet, a wonderful lady called bev at the Lichfield branch saved the day. It's always better to speak to someone face to face. Because of her I will still shop at Wickes, but maybe not online.

Went to Wickes in Lichfield to discuss a new kitchen with Julie, she was so supportive and informative, made me feel at ease and talked through the whole process and offered alternatives where needed. I can highly recommend speaking to Julie especially if like me you didnt know where to start.

Came into Lichfield store to discuss some additional work to our kitchen, Julie Evans did an amazing consultation and gave some excellent advice.

Really happy with our new kitchen, a massive "Thank you" to Lynn Smith, she was just amazing. We've changed our mind so many times and she was always there, very helpful, very patient and she gave us great advices and recommendations. Great service, we would definitely recommend Wickes and specially Lynn Smith.

Lynne has been very knowledgeable helping us choose our bathroom fittings.
Trying different options to see what they would look like.
We hope the fitters are as good at their job as she is at hers.

Julie in Lichfield gave us a brilliant design for our bathroom! Thank you for your help!

Julie has been excellent in guiding us through buying a bathroom

Excellent customer service, really helpful guidance and advice from Bev at the Lichfield store, and a friendly smile as always .

I visited your store today in Litchfield and I was really impressed with the service that I received. Sorry I can’t remember all the people that helped except for Bev. She was absolutely brilliant. Thank you so much.

Great customer service received from Jenny at the Lichfield store, helped me find the items in store and then ordered the paint that was not available on the shelf. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you
