Wickes - Letchworth Arvostelua

We ordered some Lifestyle range kitchen cupboards from Wickes. Sales staff in store were friendly & helpful but are very let down by their totally chaotic customer services & delivery team. We just needed one replacement door but were told it would have to be a whole wall unit & that this could not be collected in store & would have to be sent to our house. They eventually delivered an entire wall unit which was dumped on our doorstep despite telling them several times over that we would be away! Turned out the local store could actually have just opened a box & given us a door straight off the shelf! So beware if they advise you to contact their customer services team, it will be a long & frustrating experience! They only gave us a week to submit an online review so we're sending one here instead. Hope it helps other customers.

I want to say a big thankyou to Salvatore Florenza the design consultant, for his patience,in sorting out my bathroom, this would not have been possible otherwise.iIt's the biggest project i have undertaken,in my property, and with his help,i now have a fantastic bathroom,to show for it,not forgetting the two graet installers, that were recommended

Alfie was really helpful when it came to choosing the right paint and mixing the colours I wanted.

Good experience nice easy shop to get round and to park close to, Alfie at the till was very curtious and helpful , a happy chappy and went out of his way to go and look out the back for two tins of paint for me that weren’t on the shelf

Great service by Alfie - who assisted with cement bags and all the way to car too.

Thank you

Alfie, who served me at the till , was very helpful for my DIY project regarding alternatives.

I popped into Wickes to get some supplies. Aimee was extremely helpful and signed me up for the loyalty team.
She is a credit to the organisation.

Ciaran was very helpful in store today and with helping me sign up to my trade account in the letchworth store

We have started to decorate our downstairs with flooring and Katie asked if we have a trade account, we knew nothing about this and thanks to her we signed up and got 10% discount.

if only everyone took as much pride in being as efficiant as possible at their job as alfi is then we would all be better off.

All 3 staff I communicated with were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Alfie, who served me was very helpful. He signed up for an account and showed me what App to download. Overall it was a great visit. I'll 100% be back.

Natalia in this store is remarkable.
She is so helpful, understanding and polite. Helped me sort out a serious problem with a disgruntled client of mine. Top marks Natalia

I met James this morning. He was very helpful by discussing and then directing me to the correct isle. James then helped me sort out my wickes app.
Great service and value.
Best regards Tony Barker

I called before my visit as i wanted to make sure they had the paint i needed Alfie answered and was very helpful.
Upon my visit into the store, Maddie assisted me with my request. She was very professional and ensured the colour was the right one. Alfie also helped through the process. Both were very kind and provided a service that exceeded my expectations, they are truly an asset to the letchworth store
