Helpful staff member
Gordon served us today. He was very cheerful and extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the product (wall tiles in clearance) and allayed some of our concerns. He helped us load these heavy packs of tiles into our car - this was appreciated by my disabled husband.
Thanks a lot.

Leigh who i spoke to me saw me in the carpark and straight away knew it was me and pointed me in the wrong direction to Warren tge manager who made the return and reorder a really smooth transaction. I popped into wickes in Wigston-leicester to return a few surplus item & purchase a few other things. The assistant 'Rash' couldn't be anymore polite. He explained he was recently appointed, and therefore took slightly longer then normal. The fact that he stayed calm, shared his honesty, & demonstrated great confidence means alot. He also provided excellent service. Thankyou
