Wickes - Hinckley Arvostelua

Friendly staff member David at Hinckley store.
Always a smile on his face and happy to help.
Advised on what paint to get as I was quite confused.

Wickes are a great store but they need to put proper seals on consumables as dirty thieves steal items then when people like us get home and open them thinking im buying 12 wago connectors and Im actually getting 6 isn't very good.

Its not on the store id say its more to the manufacturer not sealing the packaging properly and to the no good dirty thieves that think they are gods child and can get away with it not a good experience this time but like I said not on the store.

Both Katie and Avni were brilliant at helping us with what we needed. They guided us through how to order too.

I was in Wickes , Hinckley on Saturday and Yussuf was extremely patient and helpful to me in finding the correct toilet seat! Who knew there are so many shapes and sizes!

I got the warmest welcome when I was shopping at Hinckley Branch recently. I hadn't seen Katie previously and I shop there at least once a week I guess. I was quite disarmed by the cheery smile and good morning greeting. Such a pleasant and friendly staff member and it made my day.

Katie has been on cashier duty for my last few shopping trips to Wickes Hinckley. Always a cheerful greeting & very pleasant manner. She really lifts the mood.

Friendly staff, served by Katie, very helpful and polite. Got everything I needed.

Karen always looks after us and gets us anything we need

Katie made the exchange process so easy, even though I brought the original items at a different store. Very happy and friendly service.

Nice store with friendly staff. I Use the app to check stock and offers as this isn't the biggest site, usually got what I need and service with a smile.

Store had everything I needed but Full credit to Nat.

Absolutely phenomenal employee. Answer the phone and talk through it exactly what you had in stock, then happened to bump into him when I arrived at store and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Superb experience. Thank you.

We recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by wickes. From start to finish Sandhu and the team at the Hinckley branch were absolutely fantastic. Sandhu went above and beyond making our experience faultless. Would strongly recommend!

Bought a strimmer from Wickes today. Nat was extremely helpful. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I am also pleased with my purchase!

Excellent service

One of the best in Hinckley not like B&Q this store is brilliant. Customer service is 100%. Everything is clean. You’ll find it straight away and if you’re not sure ask the staff and always there to help you go out their way.

The elderly woman at the till was shocking, she is customer facing for gods sake! Never spoke she looked like she never wanted to be there. Nice store been going there for years, never really write reviews but I feel I had to. That was a bad customer experience, sorry Wickes but look at your front facing staff.

Very helpful in store , very prompt and quick at organising everything and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend

From start to finish our kitchen designer, Karen Waldron, Hinckley branch, was excellent. She came to see us at home, measured up and listened to our requirements and booked a date for us to review the design in just a few days. She was very patient whilst we looked at styles and colours that we wanted and suggested appliances and extras that we might want to be included, and provided us with print outs of the plan to take away. She was very friendly, approachable and extremely patient when we decided on some changes that we wanted to make to the design on more than one occasion. She was very personable and explained the whole process from order, to delivery and then installation taking into account our preferred timescales for when the installation started in order to allow for other aspects of the project to be completed. Our installer Andy and electrician Rob were just brilliant. All in all our experience of choosing Wickes for our new kitchen was excellent and we couldn't have asked for a better designer.
