Wickes - Hedge End Arvostelua

Nicky! Nicky was amazing throughout our kitchen experience she went above and beyond day and night to create our dream kitchen!
Nothing was never too much and she really is the best, I recommend her to everyone still to this day! 5 ⭐️s all round xxxxxx

NoWe brought a kitchen and it has been a absolute nightmare. The cupboards started to bubble after 3 months and wicks blames us. The designer deliberately made mistakes to keep the cost down to lure us in. Like not purchasing the dish washer or taps and so we had to buy them later. Customer service blames us for the bubbles but many of the cupboards we had delivered had bubbles on them so they had to order more. When we mention this to the wattenty team they said there was no recorded of faulty cupboard being deluverd. They must of sent us about eight faulty cupboards. Do not buy any thing from them. Its ruin what should of been a dream kitchen. I now have to spend more money sorting the mess they have caused.

Great service from start to finish, Katie was very easy to communicate with , very professional and listened to us to understand what we wanted from our kitchen

Update: still no refund apparently now there is an IT issue which has been the case since Friday. Unbelievably I did get a call to arrange delivery…..apparently none of your advisors look at accounts before making calls!

5 months and bathroom still not installed, date offered would mean a 7 month wait. Requested a full refund as by anyone’s standards this is not acceptable. Told by customer relations this may not be possible and permission would have to be given from a manager. Appalling service (the only good experience was our time with your designer).

Design was exactly what we were looking for, given the dimensions. The Wickes designer, Nicky was helpful and very knowledgeable about the product, fixtures and appliances. Follow up help and advice was prompt. Would recommend her for anyone looking at getting a new kitchen.

We've just moved and needed some essentials. Popped to Wickes and Gary at Hedge End store was so helpful.

Well laid out store and great staff.

Great shop with lovely service! Luis is top - very helpful and friendly :) all the best

We had our kitchen designed by Joe and fitted by Chris and Callum. We are so delighted with the finished product and can't speak highly enough of the service we received and work completed.
Joe designed our kitchen with speed and precision - knowing exactly what we were looking for, and grasping the concept of our design perfectly. He also suggested some alterations that made our layout even better. Joe oversaw the work remotely and with a home visit - and was super quick to resolve any queries or extra deliveries required.
Chris and Callum went above and beyond to help us stick to schedule, even when we had a few snags. Their work is impeccable and we are so pleased with the finish!
Thank you Joe, Chris and Callum - we love our kitchen!

Joe was really helpful at getting a kitchen plan put together. I had several appointments and home visit at times convenient to me. His advice about deliveries was really useful and some changes/extras needed adding when the kitchen was being fitted which were no problem.

We had a new kitchen and bathroom fitted. Designed by Joe and fitted by Simon (Kitchen) and Neil (bathroom). All were excellent and various minor snags/changes of plan along the way were handled well by all, We are very pleased with our kitchen and bathroom - thanks all!

Great service from start to finish. During the design of our kitchen, Lee took great care to guide us through the art of the possible, he attentively listened, offered good advice and delivered a great service. During installation, the elected contractor was highly professional and completed the install to an extremely high standard. Aftersale care has been excellent. Great service, great product, great experience, highly impressed.

Lee has made the whole process so easy - and very nice to have a cuppa with him when he came out to measure. He's incredibly patient and finds a way to make things work. He has good ideas for design and has a real feel for what I wanted to achieve. Thank you Lee

From start to finish all went well Holly provided an excellent service and could not be more helpful. Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

Had an excellent experience with our kitchen design. Home visit followed by instore design. Holly Hawley full understood our brief and captured everything we’d asked for and also came up with some brilliant ideas we hadn’t thought of.. would highly recommend her and is an asset to her store.

The driver Ray was excellent, he was very courteous and helpful, Definitely 5 stars for the delivery service 👍

Very helpful polite, always put our order where we want it. Ray helpful and polite

Having initially chosen my local hedge end store on the web site, I ordered 3 strips of wood online, all in stock....
My single order was picked and I was notified with a single PIN ref no.
On arrival I find that, although 'all in stock', part of my order was sitting at the Southampton store! Several miles away.
This is not the first time this has happened but luckily Luis,a member of staff checked on the shop floor, found the missing item (which was in stock) and cleared up the imbalance with the Southampton store. Once again staff members step in and clear up the consequences of a flaky web site.

I placed a C&C for 6 bags of topsoil, when I got to collect them, I selected the option to bring them to my car and I got the assistance of Matty which was wonderful.

Ordered attic boards. Good price. Delivery only £4. Delivered the next morning. Could track the van so knew it was coming. Ray stacked the boards exactly where I wanted them. Excellent service!!

Easy to use website. Great communication around delivery Ray the CitySprint driver was helpful, cheerful and punctual!
