Excellent customer service , opened a trade account- thankyou dawn

Was served by Josh today who was in need of assistance by another member of staff named Dawn. The way Dawn spoke to me I found unacceptable. The other person I was with advised Josh he needed to go get his wallet out the car and he said that’s fine. When she came over her tone of voice was very abrupt and rude saying “where’s he going”. I advised her how many pieces of wood there was and her reply was “well I still need to find the barcode” she then abruptly asked if the pieces of wood on the trolley were the same. I feel that if you are going to be working in a customer service role especially dealing with the public face to face then you need to have a level of professionalism and Dawn did not provide that.

Emma S served us today, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Also signed me up to a trade account with minimal effort on my part! Great service.

Absolutely excellent service from Harlow . Ordered and delivered the next day . On time , and a very nice chap who couldn't do enough for me . Would highly recommend.

I started planning a kitchen with Wickes in January, confirmed design in February to which I was told items could be changed up to 16 days before delivery. Delivery was arranged in March for 6th August delivery. 6th August comes, I call customer services and they advise that when items were changed the designer failed to rebook delivery, so there was no delivery date for my kitchen! They advise the next delivery date is in a week and nothing else they can do. Call store, promised a call back to see if they could arrange an earlier delivery. No call back, I'm having to call the store. Lady is busy with customers, will call me back. In the meantime I receive a call from "customer services" to now advise that the double oven on my order is out of stock. They will replace as close as possible for the same price I was paying. Upon looking into it the replacement was 2 specs lower and I was expected to pay the same price as the higher spec oven, call back and advise I won't be paying that, nothing they can do I have to go to store and discuss with them. Wickes Customer service and store pass the buck between eachother, no one takes ownership. Email a complaint to "customer services" about the whole non delivery and what were they going to do about it as it impacts on plans made, again was told nothing to do with them, go and complain in store, bit difficult when the lady who promised to call me back from store is too scared to talk to me. No point complaining on social media as Wickes hide these comments! So where do we go from here Wickes? I would rename your "Customer Services " department to "bookings department " as all they can seem to do is make bookings for things and not provide any other useful service.
I'm sure I will be adding another review next week when parts of my kitchen order fail to turn up!
I will NEVER order from Wickes again.

Youth was excellent and he designed and measured our new kitchen. We told him how much we had to spend and he carried out all the designs . The tradesmen were excellent and all followed on from one another

After heading into our local Wickes for some DIY supplies, we were assisted by Dawn who was so helpful on the tills and made it a really positive experience.

How could they get it so wrong?!
Delivery 1 was dumped on the lawn, Delivery 2 didn't even turn up(nobody even called to let me know)! Delivery 2 was eventually rearranged when I had to visit a local store but I spent so much time waiting in, when they seem to only arrive at the end of the half day time slot, very poor service.

Will went above and beyond in finding my paint for me. Very professional and excellent customer service

Youth Aziz the kitchen design expert was very professional and very helpful in our quest for a new kitchen.

Rebeca at Wickes Harlow had so much patience with us, initially arriving with no idea of what we wanted and then constantly changing our mind! We were really impressed with her ideas, design and colour matches. We are thoroughly looking forward to our bathroom being installed.

I got served by Dawn at wickes and she helped me find paint I needed. She was so helpful, friendly and polite that she made my experience very easy. Thank you so much

We are undergoing a house renovation and we’re trying to look for a new kitchen. Emma in the showroom was very helpful and helped us understand the process from start to finish. She was able to answer all of our questions. We are still weighing up our options, though I’m sure we will be back soon once we have made our mind up on the 2 styles we liked.

Popped in as had a call for a leaking toilet, a super friendly chap called John helped me out with the part my plumber sent me to get most grateful cashier was great too Thanks

Firstly I'd like to just say I've been Using the Harlow extra store now for the around 28 years (even prior to its short distance move to a bigger store).
I can honestly say that I've never had a bad experience, rude staff or not been able to get what i go in for always been spot on.
I would love to be able to name everything single person on this review I've met over the years but honestly all that work there are respectful, helpful and very pleasant people to deal with, always willing to help and assist if needed and also very good if you need to go into store to order any materials for delivery.
prices are always decent and with the trade plus card it gives you that little bit more.
I'd say for a local all round trade shop the company should be very proud of how its staff run it (great team effort guys), hears to another 20 years of my custom.
Just a few names of the guys I've dealt with over the years and see mostly for the times i go in, they will always help you if you need it.
