Wickes - Halesowen Arvostelua 

Careful with these people, when ordering a multiple item order for delivery, I was one item missing £9.00 in value but needed it.
Contacted customer services via email, firstly they said they would refund me, I replied i didn't want a refund just my missing item delivered, they said ok, just had an email saying they have proof of delivery, a photo of 1 length of wood, i ordered 2 different dimension lentghs of wood.
Well done wickes absolutely useless delivery and customer service too.

I ordered bathrooms from Halesowen Wickes (Greg) with a full design service. Dates for installation didn't match my needs, so I contracted elsewhere. I needed to return a couple of fittings which was done without question. All in all great experience and goods delivered promptly.

The amount of hassle I have had to exchange one item, was absolutely ridiculous, apparently bank statements are not good enough to exchange item. All due to customers putting stuff in the wrong place. Yes my fault for not double checking as the first 2 I picked up I did check
or did I take the receipt due to it being such low value the product was worth 8 pound, it was a simple exchange that escalated to me having to ask for a manager.

Its was done in the end but this was a total waste of my time and I have never had issue with wicks like I have today but i see alot of new staff and maybe this is the reason

Mr Paul Potter was our Design Consultant at Wickes, Halesowen. He kindly attended our new property to measure the bathroom which required a complete renovation from a wet room to a normal bathroom, taking into consideration pipework which was due to be installed separately. Paul took us through what would be best to suit our requirements and a answered all our questions showing a depth of knowledge and experience for which we were very grateful. An appointment was booked to go to the Wickes store and we made some changes to the design and were shown all the different options and displays in store, which helped make informed choices. We were pleased with the design suggested and placed an order! Thank you for the polite and professional service.

Joanna McCormack yeah very confident in her job and made us feel very comfortable and she was very very helpful really patient polite and we would recommend her to any of our friends without a doubt.

We arranged a home visit with Joanna and she was very pleasant and knowledgeable , she was very patient and understood exactly what we wanted .We changed the design a couple of times over email and in store and Joanna was very accommodating for these changes and it never phased her . First time we have ever designed and purchased a kitchen and couldn’t have had a better experience with Joanna to be honest . Can’t wait for it to arrive !!

On arrival was greeted by kitchen advisor who asked what type of kitchen I was looking for . He was very informative on the kitchens that were available. He did an excellent plan of the units I choose considering my kitchen measurements weren't very accurate .

I wanted to leave positive feedback about the service I received from Debbie at your Halesowen Store. Super helpful and was kind enough to guide me around the store finding the products I needed. Wasn't having the best day so was really pleased with Debbie's friendliness, product knowledge and advice in regards to what would be best suited to my decorating needs. Had a positive experience.
