Wickes - Erith Arvostelua

I had a design appointment with a guy in Erith branch and it is one of the worst and boring design appointment I ever had, The guy was not even knowledgeable with the tool they are using. he did not even ask me what sizes I need when I mentioned about appliances or sink. Just waste of time.

Having another positive experience within this store for second time, I think Amy was name and very very helpful with finding new kitchen for me and my family. Thanks you again Wickes

Helpful staff, clean store - always a pleasure to shop here.

Always receive great customer service at this store each time I visit, keep up the great work

I booked two appointments with Wickes. For the first one, they said there was a system error that cancelled my appointment, which is why no one showed up. I rebooked another appointment, but the designer never turned up. I waited for an hour and called customer service. They claimed the designer had knocked but no one answered, even though I was at home. This was very disappointing and wasted two sessions, delaying our project by two weeks.

Always great customer service at this store

Wickes Erith gave our Men in Sheds community project a product donation of soil and wood bark chippings to finish our new garden area off. We are very grateful to the Wickes Erith team for the support and the much needed help in loading our cars! Thank you!

Avoid getting any kitchens here especially if using designer Danny B.
They measure incorrectly and deliver incorrect items. When you try to rectify issue's, it seems customer service is something that doesn't seem to be in Wickes capability. Stick with Howdens or Benchmark.

I have visited this store 5 times in the last two months. The staff at the tills look uninterested, occasionally said thank you, continue to talk to each other instead of the customer, and make no eye contact. They need to either be re-trained or dismissed.

So upset to receive a parking ticket for visiting the store in Erith. We have been working on a months long garden renovation project, where we have ordered most of the materials from Wickes and had a really good and reliable service. On this occasion we spent a couple of hours in the Erith store, looking at fencing panels, and measuring timber and brackets so we could plan a large delivery of materials. Yesterday I received a £100 fine through the post saying I stayed 20 minutes too long in the car park. How can you fine your customers for visiting your stores? It's outrageous and very upsetting to be a loyal customer and be penalised for spending time looking at products to buy from you.

I would just like to say how amazing Becky is at erith wickes!!! She went above and beyond and an amazing asset to wickes!!! Give her a raise she certainly deserves it. Thanks again for helping xx

Debbie and sarah were really helpful

The whole experience, from ordering online, checkout and collection notification from Wickes is and has always been very satisfactory.
However, when I actually went to collect my order, the two women that assisted (for lack of a better word) were just so unprofessional.
They weren’t welcoming at all, leaving the counter without explanation and just leaving me standing there without knowing what was going on. Not one smile or pleasantry, the looks on their faces was just pure rudeness and their communication was extremely poor and minimal at that. I clocked straight away and saw things for what they were. I usually collect from another store but they didn’t have what I wanted so I had to go to Erith. Never again, especially if I have to deal with those two rotund, boor individuals.

We have purchased a replacement bathroom using the bespoke service. Danny, the planner, has been truly amazing. He has great knowledge and experience, but has also gone the extra mile to support us. He is a genuine asset to Wickes. Thank you Danny.

it is a very important thing to have in a home

Sarina at Wickes Erith was wonderful. She left nothing untried to help solve the query. I would surely love to get help again from you, Sarina.

Debbie was amazing. She pointed out there was an offer in kitchens and saved me £££. Really good customer service from her as I only asked her a simple question and she took time out to guide me the whole way.

Danny B was an excellent designer. Made life easy choosing a kitchen. Quick efficient professional and friendly. Very happy with our outcome. Thank you Danny!

The help of the staff with suggestions about reserving at a price offer ending soon for future purchase. Especially Debbie.

We are extremely happy with our new kitchen from Wickes Erith. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had originally only gone in to buy a tin of paint but Sarina noticed us looking at kitchens and directed us to Danny who drew up the design for us and guided us through the whole process. The customer service team also kept in contact to make sure everything went to plan.
