Wickes - East Grinstead Arvostelua

Louie was very helpful and knowledgeable. Recommended the right products and gave great service.

Being a old and disabled person .
I know how difficult it would be to purchase my kitchen.
As soon as I met Danielle Stevenson she put my mind at rest.
She was kind professional polite and saw me though the whole process.
I changed my mind so many times but she was totally with me all the time.
What a lovely young lady.
Thanks 😊 an extreme service from Danielle.
Sue from East Grinstead.

Really helpful young man named Nick saw me struggling to load bags of sand onto my trolly as I have weak wrists, came over with a big smile, took over loaded my trolly and then even pushed my trolly to my car and loaded my boot after I purchased the sand. Lovely lovely man. Really fantastic service.

Ian should be an ambassador for Wickes: he is by far the most helpful person l have ever encountered in a retail capacity. Five stars is insufficient for his dedication to the role and ensuring complete customer satisfaction and service.

An excellent meeting with Danielle Stevenson regarding bathroom design. Very professional and creative, offering great solutions. Danielle took the time to understand all the issues - could not have wished for a better meeting.

Really lovely and charming staff member named Nick assisted me in locating a glue gun, he dropped what he was doing and assisted me with a smile then even took me to the till and served me himself as the other cashier was busy with another customer. Really convenient store, well laid out was in and out with no problems at all.

Knowledgeable assistant-quick -efficient - personable - organised a multi-order for home delivery in just a few minutes. Thanks Lindsey.

Danielle at Wickes East Grinstead was very professional and a pleasure to deal with

Andrew was very helpful when ordering from the Dulux color mixing service. He was knowledgeable and made my order a lot easier.

Great customer service from Sam at East Grinsted

Great design ideas /solutions installation was professional great experience all round

Have used many DIY stores, but today Lidia went the extra mile, was so helpful

We would like give Jake higham (assistant manager) @your east grinstead store 5 stars for his courtesy , brilliant service , amazing communication and all round 100% effort to turn around a disaster from Wickes automated / online services and bad communication from & including your customer services dept. Jake went above and beyond to provide us our materials to finish our project ( that was literally across the road from your branch). He listened to all the things we had gone through and proved that human interaction and communication is 100%better than relying on computers. We highly recommend Jake as an individual who went above and beyond to help. As for wicks online & customer services no stars !!

Ian at the East Grinstead branch is always very helpful. If you have a problem he will do his best to resolve it. Thanks Ian.

Very disappointed with our local wickes today. You have illegally advertised a product at the incorrect price, then argued to point about it, rather than apologising about it.
And shame you don't have the decency to honor to price you were advertising it at. We will take our business elsewhere going forward.

My mother decided she needed a new kitchen. We were led through the choices and design by Ryan Moore at their East Grinstead branch. We explained we had a budget and Ryan kept too this. Ryan was very thorough, throughout the whole process and very knowledgeable. He made several suggestions that we had not thought of. The whole choice and design process was made easy and we are very happy with the results of the whole design process. We are now awaiting delivery and installation over the next few weeks. Thank you Ryan

Great store, especially Ian who is always so helpful and friendly

Ben made my experience great today. A simple transaction for a water butt and one other item. I asked if he would carry it to my car. He said he would get a colleague to help. A lovely chatty, smiley young girl helped me straight away and said to enjoy the rest of my day. Left with a huge smile on my face from two wonderful young adults.

Dani - thanks for designing and help us to realise the transformation of our problem room. Looks great and your support throughout the process was excellent.

Thank you to the friendly staff in East Grinstead particularly Ian super friendly and helpful, definitely this will be my regular store.
