Wickes - Ealing Arvostelua

Excellent Customer service, by Adnan, the Manager @ the South Ealing store. He's helpful, knowledgeable, professional & a asset to the firm. The store has a great range of goods, keen prices. I certainly recommend this store to all.

Adnan was extremely helpful and kind. I wish everybody was as professional as him.

I went to one of your stores yesterday in Ealing and I come across to one of your staff name JULIE
SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING
THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT MADE MY DAY
WELL DONE TO HER

I went to Wickes today to buy some potting soil. I’d had a medical procedure on one of my arms and was unable to lift the large bag of soil. I asked for assistance and a young man named Adnan Ghouri came to help me. He was very friendly, funny and engaging.
It was such an uplifting experience not just to be helped, but my circumstances being understood. Adnan is a credit to Wickes. I thank him for his help today and for making me laugh.

The worker Adnan was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He made the experience 10/10.

Julie at the till very helpfull and friendly lady, willing to help with a smile. Good attitude towards her work. In my impression.
Jordan, on tiles flooring and paint.... very patience and willing to lend a hand. Not only did he explain things to me (never bought tiles or floors before) but also wrotte them down. So greatfull! 😊
They are both very nice atentive employees. Made my experience more enjoyable.
Also, l may be buying a Kitchen from Maryam, she is a very helpfull person and very knowledgeable in her field. At present happy with the service of the South Ealing shop, all around.

Came to collect a Click & Collect order. Waited 5-10 mins at the collection counter which was not staffed. A few other members of staff were walking around near me without acknowledging my presence. Eventually someone came and dealt with me.

Extremely disappointed with their delivery services.

Baldev Sidhu on the checkout today was very helpful, polite & informative. Can’t ask for more than that!

The shop floor staff seem unwilling and uninterested to help locate items that were in stock.

Eventually located item without assistance.

Feedback given to more helpful staff at the till.

Today, I was at the Wickes Ealing branch to choose a kitchen cabinet. Ms. Dhrauvi Patel patiently helped us with our selection, and I am very grateful to her. I also appreciate Wickes for selecting the right people for this job.

Was seen by Julie who was very helpful and was able to get exactly what I wanted.

Wickes ealing served by Julie who was SO helpful. Knew her stuff- was well informed and went out of her way to help me. Definitely coming back here when I have diy projects!

We are delighted with all aspects of the Kitchen Design and new units. Dhruvi managed to incorporate everything on my Wife's wishlist as she suffered a stroke recently and this was the reason we needed a new kitchen to make it more accessible for her. The Corian top was the most expensive part of the whole Kitchen and worth the week or so wait to have it professionally installed by MBP worksurfaces.
The contract team Wickes used were Empire Furniture who were very pro active and hard working in achieving the Installation in the agreed timeframe. A special thanks to Andrii and Vlad who installed the Kitchen and carried out all the required Electrical and Plumbing work. Wickes customer service team were also very helpful and empathetic in sorting out all our concerns and were easily contactable. It is very reassuring and helpful to be able to talk to somebody on the telephone.

I happened to bump into Adnan Ghouri the operations manager at Ealing wickes and he really went above and beyond helping me with my issue. A valued employee and beyond a member of our community.

My design consultant Dhruvi Patel, was amazing from our first meeting, home visit, to finalising my new bathroom. Dhruvi was, so helpful with idea's to maximise my space, she reassured me in making decisions, I never felt rushed ,all round brilliant experience, that I was dreading! Massive thank you Dhruvi, 10 🌟 from me.

I had a very helpful staff member -Julie at Wicks in South Ealing
Being a female who was having issues with my builder, she went out of her way to assist me in getting the right units as well as advice.
Couple of the guys were also helpful except for some newbie’s-they need training
Thanks again Julie
