Wickes - Christchurch Arvostelua

Lou. Ingram Very knowledgeable on products good advice not pushy plenty of time to think over. Recommend to my neighbour having new kitchen from Wickes

Louise ingham went above and beyond to help us with our kitchen.
We had to re design twice due to our first property falling through.
She walked us through every step, offering guidance and recommendations when she thought something wouldnt work!

I highly recommend going to Lou for designing your dream kitchen!
We can't wait for ours to be fitted.

You're fantastic thanks Lou!

Great designer in Louise, listened to us all the way through and made everything very easy. Loved the design and would thoroughly recommend.

Louise was very knowledgeable. We felt safe in her hands, she supported us through the whole process from start to finish. We are so pleased with our kitchen. thank you so much

I needed a new kitchen and ended up at Wickes. My kitchen designer was called Louise Ingram. She came up with a lovely design and some different ideas. It is now fitted and we are very happy with it. Louise was very helpful along the way while it was being fitted and sorted out any problems along the way.

Louise provided the perfect kitchen design service with consummate professionalism, good humour and, crucially, infinite patience with two clients who couldn't stop asking questions and changing our minds! To say she knows her stuff in depth and makes the process enjoyable is an understatement.

I enjoyed the experience and I have a new fitted kitchen which I like very much. The installers recommended by Wickes were very professional and a pleasure to work with

Wickes Christchurch Louise Ingram is very professional and thorough - great design ideas and incredible customer service. Thanks!

Highly recommend Laura for her expertise in kitchen design and professional, honest advice. She was extremely helpful and we never felt she was suggesting anything just for a sale but was thinking of our needs and requirements.

Katrina came to see me on Saturday. She had some excellent ideas. She was very professional. I’m looking forward to seeing her ideas and plans.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Anyone thinking of ordering a kitchen, I just wouldn't.

Very unhelpful staff with a stinking attitude. How are these even operating?

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Charmaine, who came to our home to measure and design our kitchen. She was nothing short of amazing—extremely professional, thoughtful, and incredibly clever with her ideas and design solutions. Charmaine opened our eyes to possibilities we had never even considered, and her input has been truly instrumental in shaping not just the kitchen, but the overall design of our home.

Her creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of space and flow made the entire process enjoyable and inspiring. We genuinely could not have done it without her. Charmaine is a true asset to her company, and we will be recommending her to everyone we know.

Excellent service by Laura Martin Design Consultant at Wickes Christchurch branch who was extremely friendly and helpful in all aspects of choosing a new bathroom. We would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to fit a new bathroom

Excellent customer service from Bonnie, Andy & Kelly at Christchurch store.

Staff member -Sophie…
Above and beyond with explanations and customer service given to me and my wife on our purchase of a new bath and items.
Even getting a trolley and loading the item.
A credit to the company !!!!

Our Kitchen designer was excellent, and was one of the reasons why we chose a Wicks kitchen instead of the other products we looked at. She listened to our requirements, was kind and respectful of our needs (Mr M has Parkinsons) gave advice on various options, put forward ideas, provided plans for both Bespoke and Lifestyle kitchens so that we had a comparison, explained the product, never hurried us to make a decision and really worked hard to provide the best kitchen within the budget we wanted. The kitchen and worktops are very good quality so am looking forward to seeing the complete kitchen when its finally installed.

Visited 26 June spoke to John in tile dept very helpfull and got things sorted even took tiles to car many thanx

We have a 3m by 3m kitchen that we wanted to renew after about 30 years.

We narrowed providers to Wickes and another based upon personal recommendations.
We opted for supply and fit by one company so that there was one company responsible for the entire project.

Our Wickes designer was Lou @Christchurch Dorset
We visited both design companies about 4 times each.

We had a pretty good idea what we wanted and Lou @Christchurch provided a very professional service. The measuring service was excellent.
She explained little modifications that would make it more practical.

We then met the Wickes kitchen fitter, Jason of Tiger property maintenance. I'm pretty good with DIY and Jason impressed in our meeting. He listed some fitting modifications that were required and these enhanced the design.

We then signed off the design.

Then came the fitting.

Day one was rip out. Jason had foreseen that the walls may need replastering. He'd already lined up Andy the plasterer. The electrics also needed a new ring main and he'd lined up an electrician. He also supplied a gas fitter.

To cut a long story short the fitting was brilliant. Jason is far cleaner than me!! His skill level is amazing. He even cut the depth off wall units to make them fit flush under an existing RSJ!

It took 2 weeks.

We did the lino, decorating and wall tiling because we just weren't sure what fittings we required.

So it's now signed off

We have no hesitation in recommending Lou and Jason for their incredible end to end service

Good all round experience. Plenty of explanations and good suggestions by our consultant, Laura Martin.
Took the time with us to look at the static displays which helped with final choice. Very happy with service.
