Wickes - Catford Arvostelua

George Carter Allen was fantastic through the process. Really collaborative and helpful with all questions and queuries. Enjoyed working with him to get the best bathroom possible in our budget, even with some very particular requests from our side.

Excellent deliveries, will order again. Drivers are helpful, leave large deliveries in porch.

I generally find it quite difficult to get assistance when I visit the Wickes store in Catford, but my latest experience was completely different thanks to Milton.

Milton provided truly exceptional customer service and was a tremendous help to us during our visit . His proactive attitude and genuine desire to deliver a great service, Something I had not experienced on previous visits made all the difference.

Thank you Milton for your excellent advice and assistance today. I sincerely hope Wickes recognises your effort and hires more dedicated staff like you in the future. Much appreciated 😊

Following the recent renovation of our bathroom we found all the staff we encountered at Wickes to be friendly and helpful. In particular we would like to thank George Carter-Allen, Design Consultant at Wickes Catford Branch, for his considerable help, undoubted expertise and going the extra mile for us I.r.o. this project. We have no hesitation in recommending both Wickes and George.

Shane in the Catford branch was brilliant. Friendly and helpful, checked the quality of everything as he loaded it into my car for me. My visit was quick and efficient.

Great experience from start to finish.
Made order online for fencing, picked my date for delivery. Communication of delivery times was great. Delivery drivers arrived with delivery on time and took great care with my order. No issues or problems. I’m a happy customer.

Customer service is very excellent

Was in the shop on Wednesday and I would like to applaud shane. He was very helpful, provided me with all the information I needed on products and also directed me towards it. I will most definitely continue buying from yourselves!

Ian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable when I visited the Catford Wickes store. He took the time to help me find exactly what I needed and gave great advice. Really friendly and professional — excellent customer service!

Went to this Wickes store in Catford by chance and needed assistance. Without hesitation I was served by Mags; assisted by Levi who was very knowledgeable and guided me with the correct items I needed. Ben assisted me with valuable advice about my order and delivery details to completion. Received our delivery the next day; again the delivery driver was very friendly polite and assisted with the delivery. The customer experience I received from the whole team collectively will see me return for future purchases.

The Wickes delivery service is one of the greatest bargains out there in the new world of having everything coming to your door. We had 20 sacks of garden compost delivered for just £4! I could even have chosen next day delivery for the same price. When it arrived it was loaded carefully, quickly and tidily to my front garden. So good we did the same again a week later!!

My order and delivery from Wickes of Catford, were excellent. They came early, unloaded in the space I cleared in front of my house and were done in a matter of minutes. Great service on both occasions and I’ll be ordering from them again because of this.

Great product, bought good quality manure really cheaply. Used in my garden with good results for my plants and vegetables

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Great service.

My wife and I went into Wickes Catford needing two items to repair our bathroom taps and bathroom light. But we’re not especially DIY-savvy and couldn’t find the products we were looking for. Milton, however, went the extra mile, helping us to locate the items and work out the correct sizes. He was warm, helpful and gracious and we really appreciated his assistance. Absolutely first-class customer service. Thank you!

Delivery was on time and professionally undertaken.

I came into your store and was looking a little lost and a lovely helpful lady called Margarita came to my rescue. She helped me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly and knowledgeable wish more staff in shops are like her .

Visited the store today and was greeted by Raeesah, who was able to assist me on my purchase. Found Raeesah to be highly approachable, informative and knowledgeable.
Thank you for your help Raeesah, it was much appreciated.
