Wickes - Carlisle Arvostelua

Fantastic service, Carol and Neil helped us plan and order our kitchen they were both very knowledgeable and gave us some brilliant advice. 5* service.

The manager of wicks Carlisle is a God send he was the only person who could sort out in one phone call what customer service in south Africa couldn't do after 8 days of stress and failed promises. Give the man a good Xmas bonus.

Excellent service from Wickes, Carlisle
Elliot came to our home to discuss solar panel installation, he was knowledgeable, professional and couldn’t have been more helpful.
We know exactly what we’re getting, how it works and at a great price.
Thank you Elliot.
Also thanks to Neil and Lisa in setting up the appointment.
Highly recommend Elliot and Carlisle Wickes

Fast delivery from ordering.
Alice was friendly and polite.

When looking to buy a new Kitchen the staff were very friendly and helpful, Neil the store manager explained everything thing in detail, including prices and quality , he was also very good with payment details and delivery

I drove to Wickes at Carlisle to buy a bathroom radiator, I tried to lift the radiator myself but it was too heavy, I am 77 years old and not in best of health, I asked for assistance from a young man called Jim, he couldn’t have been more helpful, he got a trolley and put it in my boot for me.

The Laurie Brewis Trust - Heathlands charity would like to say a big thank you to Neil manager of Carlisle Wickes. Neil has supported our charity by supplying paint, decorative stones and membrane to improve our day centre for adults with learning and physical disabilities through the Wicks community programme. This generous donation has helped transform our outdoor area . Thank you so much for your help.

Wickes Carlisle is an asset to our community. Neil supported Prism Arts' studio makeover with a generous donation of paint and materials, allowing us to create a brighter, fit for purpose space for community of learning disabled and neurodivergent creatives.

Carlisle & District Model Engineering Society would like to say a big thankyou to Neil and all the staff at Wickes Carlisle. We run a miniature railway in a public park where we have public running days. Through their community programme we were able to get supplies to carry out some essential maintenance work on our storage sheds and track. This generous donation will allow us to keep the railway running for the benefit of the local community. Thank you so much!

Great store staff are always more than happy to help and nothing is too much trouble never had an issue with anything here for work or home. Were really helpful recently ordering kitchen units when I wanted to order for delivery

Neil and his team at Wickes Carlisle have supported the school with donations of paint materials as part of their community scheme. Their generosity has been very much appreciated and enabled us to paint our school grounds in time for children returning.

First class service from my recent visit to Carlisle store. Some of my order was out of stock the manager was going to Glasgow and offered to get them as they had stock.
Above and beyond for a high street retail experience in today's world.
You also can phone the store you want to speak to not a call centre
Extremely happy with my positive experience, amazing price as well.

I popped in to ask for some advice whilst buying kitchen units for Eden Valley Hospice and found Neil and the team to be so helpful and knowledgeable. On his suggestion I applied through Wickes community programme and Wickes have so generously donated the units. They will be used to provide a self service kitchenette in our dining room so that visitors can obtain hot food and drinks when the main restaurant is closed. This is so kind and helps us provide the best service we can to our patients and their families. Thank you so much.

Staff are friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help and always great customer service. very clean store.

We bought kitchen units from Carlisle, but we were missing some screws, we rang Carlisle who said someone would drop them off for us. Taylor arrived an hour later with said screws. What a fantastic service so thank you, but a special thank you to Taylor

Very helpful staff and manager, found everything I needed to get the job done.

Alice was very helpful and resolved my issue very quickly making me feel comfortable and stress free very helpful

Great experience. We are a charity in Carlisle called Uncovering Roman Carlisle. We work to provide opportunities for anyone to get stuck in with archaeology, we have hundreds of people volunteer with us. Wickes did a fantastic job of supporting the project with a donation of a sturdy wheelbarrow, buckets, and brushes, which have seen a lot of use! Thanks to the team at Carlisle for your support, very much appreciated.

I had made the decision to buy the natura dawn kitchen, made the appointment with the design consultant Agnieszka Malgorzata Szylinska at Wickes Carlisle, she measured and designed kitchen, the whole process was quick and efficient, she understood what I wanted and it made the whole process seamless. Offered great customer service and the final finished product has exceeded my expectations, so thank you.

Was in the carlisle store and was served by Heather R, great customer service and very helpful
