Wickes - Caerphilly Arvostelua

Had a wonderful lady called Selena. Serve me there the other day. Couldn't do enough for me. Best serves

Had to pick up some items this morning. And everything was available and easy to find. Selena was at the checkout and as per normal very friendly and helpful in fact I have never had any issues with any of the staff and are always helpful in finding the products, even if I have passed them etc.

We had some skirting boards kindly donated to us for our renovation of the loft space in an old chapel that is used as a community centre. Morgan Davies from the Caerphilly branch helped with this so would like to thank him for all he did for us.

Excellent Service from Siôn

We had a fantastic experience today thanks to Siôn. He was extremely friendly and helped us find the match to our existing kitchen and helped us match extra cupboards. He made our shopping trip quick, easy, and stress-free. He's a real credit to the team!

I have always preferred the Caerphilly store to the other. The Customer service is always 100%
Jacqui was really informative and helpful. She was kind and calm. Ian was really polite too.
The store is always tidy and welcoming. Never had an issue

I’d had problems ordering some bulky items on line but my issues were sorted quickly and painlessly by Sion and team after a short visit to the Caerphilly store.

Liz was really helpful! She opened a till after seeing us waiting, asked us about our day and was very friendly.

The shop has a weird layout, it seems a little bitty, but otherwise very clean and tidy.

Sion in the Caerphilly site today was amazing. So helpful, polite and friendly, a true credit to your store!

very helpful staff and very grateful for the community donation which will be awesome help our community garden.

I always feel really welcomed whenever I come into Wickes, Caerphilly. Jacqui is especially lovely – always so friendly, helpful, easy to talk to and makes the whole experience nicer and it’s clear Jacqui genuinely cares about customers.

It’s such a nice feeling to walk in and be greeted with a smile. Thank you for having someone like Jacqui on the team – it really makes a difference to my day! Thank you for the excellent customer service and will continue to shop here!

I recently purchased a pedestrian gate and post from Caerphilly store. The gate was fitted first and then the post, when the job was finished I noticed the top cap was missing.
Called the store and spoke to duty manager Ian who was very helpfull and with assistance from his colleague Morgan they spoke to the supplier who sent me a replacement top cap.
Was sent by mail and received within two days.
Outstanding customer services support and Da Iawn boys A+

Absolutely fantastic… everything was explained fully and all options were shown to us… friendly advisor and nothing was to much trouble. I would definitely recommend Wickes thank you very much….

Ordered online and went to pick it up and it quickly became clear that the items I'd bought wouldn't fit in my car. Thankfully Jacqui at the Caerphilly store was very helpful and suggested using the delivery service instead.

Brilliant service, good ideas and suggestions. The only negative is not having a printed plan to take away. The powers that be should listen to the customer as this is a great tool to help you visualise your new kitchen. This could be a deciding factor in purchasing the kitchen.

The newly promoted team lead was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to assist me and my Mum.

I had a fantastic experience at my local Wickes. The store was well-organised and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service. A special mention goes to Jackie, who went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so much easier. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care, but Jackie was brilliant – a real credit to the team. Thank you!

Very helpful. Manager Sion gave me a great deal on broken plaster board
