Wickes - Barnsley Arvostelua

If zero was possible it would be without a doubt a zero. Expecting my order of fencing only to be told less than 24 hours before delivery that it can’t be fulfilled until three days later. Bear in mind I have taken time off work and organised fitters to fit said fence the day after the delivery date. When I rang up to complain the solution they gave was a later delivery date. That is not a solution for me but for themselves . I still have the problem of workmen coming and no fencing. Complaining to customer service is pointless as they refer it back to store for them to sort out. As they still couldn’t resolve the issue they refunded my order but I still have to go to store in order to get my refund. Bolshy staff and management at Barnsley Wickes who managed to inflame the situation rather than deflate it even at one point hanging up as they couldn’t answer my questions. Absolute garbage service people just don’t care enough anymore

Knowledge, friendliness and patience is a must for a kitchen design consultant, and Kerry at Barnsley Wickes has all three in abundance. Kerry streamlined our requirements into one seamless package. Thank you Kerry.

Kerry planned the kitchen to our exact requirements, showing the layout on the computer. On the day of removal of the old one athe fitting team arrived exactly when stated they would and started working immediately.
After completion of the job we had a small issue following the tiles being fitted. Layton the kitchen fitter came out on his day off and sorted it out quickly.
The kitchen now looks amazing and we are extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship, and would recommend to anyone.

Popped into Wickes looking for a much needed new kitchen. Kerry was great, patient and helpful. Looking forward to getting it installed!

We have just ordered a kitchen from Kerry and she has made the whole process as stress-free as possible. From the outset, she listened carefully to our requirements and has always tried to accommodate us with good humour and professionalism. So far, so good. Thanks, Kerry.

Visited Wickes Barnsley where design consultant Fiona Harrand was very knowledgable, extremely helpful and accommodating when designing my new kitchen. She was easy to talk to very friendly and has endless patience. She changed the design several times at my request. I am currently waiting to arrange delivery of my kitchen and will post again when installation is complete. So far my experience has been very positive. Thank you!

Very pleased with our Wickes Kitchen and Amazing support from Fiona Harrand at Wickes Barnsley from start to finish.

Been to wickes Barnsley to order a kitchen for my son we saw Kerry who went above and beyond to help us

Great shop, Jack & Carl were so helpful

Kerry explained everything in simple terms so we understood the process was very professional left all the decisions to us made all the changes we asked for showed us how it would look and I would highly recommend her very good at her job

Came in to store and can’t thank the staff so much for helping thank you Barnsley staff

Our bathroom was tiny, awkward and tight,
No space to breathe, no sense of light.
Then Kerry from Wickes came into the frame,
And honestly, nothing’s been quite the same.

With pinks and greens she balanced the tone,
Turned a cramped little room to a space of its own.
Brushed brass taps with a soft golden gleam,
Now everything looks like a designer’s dream.

She measured and planned with precision and care,
Found storage and style from thin air.
Not an inch wasted, not a detail missed,
Every finish polished, refined, and crisp.

And here’s the part that surprised us the most,
The price stayed grounded,no need to boast.
All done for under 11k
For work this good? That’s more than okay.

So if your bathroom’s small, dated or weary,
Go straight to Wickes and ask for Kerry.
Five stars from us it couldn’t be clearer,
Big transformation from a true space engineer ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kerry has been so wonderful the entire process of designing my bathroom!

So friendly, knowledgeable and made the entire process fun filled. She made great friends with my dog, Croissant, and I can't wait to see it all come together.

Thanks so much, Kerry!

Not worth 2 ticks! Did not honour appointment with John Tickle (not made up name) and store was unattended by kitchen designers the Saturday prior. Very poor service and unprofessional conduct. Will take my business elsewhere. If I didn’t know better I’d think they were closing down.

Saw Kerry at wicks to design a kitchen. She was fabulous. Nothing too much trouble for her. Fabulous design and saved us some money. Explained the everything thoroughly. Would definitely recommend her.
