Having picked what we wanted in the…
Having picked what we wanted in the showroom with Simon we popped round to collect our items from the warehouse. Unfortunately Simon had listed the wrong toilet seat and missed the toilet vanity unit off the order. Which was annoying to say the least.
Charlene was there to save the day and correct our order and save the day changing the toilet seats and ordering the toilet vanity unity at the time to save having to go back to the main store.
Charlene really made sure we were happy with our choices and were 100% happy before we left excellent member of staff in the warehouse nothing was a problem for her.

First class sales service
Our sales advisor Moshiur Rahaman was a great help and pointed out things we hadn’t thought of eg the height of the shower enclosure. Showroom was first class it was great to be able to see quality firsthand. Excellent customer service so far looking forward to bathroom suite being delivered

5 star customer service from Wholesale Domestic today.
I had an issue with an item I purchased that was damaged when I opened the box. First call at 7.24am and was ready to collect at 8.20
Fraser in Customer Service was excellent - took the details, planned the return and replacement without any work for me and all I had to do was go in and collect it. What a stress free process considering I had a plumber en-route. Fraser was friendly and very helpful and sorted everything out with ease. What an excellent customer experience. Thank you for all your help, really appreciated.
