Customer Service 5 stars at Nottm
I visited Whittard at Nottingham Victoria Centre and was welcomed with a smile by Leanne. I was testing their hot chocolate but shared the fact through conversation I had a bad cold and she then began to recommend some teas that may help and more importantly why. She understood the products. I know she’s there to sell but at no point did I feel ‘sold’ to if that makes sense.
I simply felt heard and valued. There was no push to buy. What an asset to Whittards she is

Excellent customer support
Yodel managed to loose my parcel, surprised, not really. After their chat bot informed me my parcel had been delivered, it hadn't, and then finally getting through to a human, who couldn't confirm wether it was lost or would definitely be delivered, I got in touch with a lovely, helpful person from Whittards. They were fantastic and resent my order, which was gratefully received the very next day. I cannot fault Whittards whatsoever, their customer service is absolutely spot on. You can shop with them knowing full well they will support you through any issues. Wether I shop online or visit their store at Meadowhall I get fantastic customer service. Also they have the best tea and hot chocolate. Love this company so much, they always put their customers first.

Arrived damage
Ordered several instant teas. When they arrived, they were damaged. I reached out to customer service & Sarran was so helpful & apologetic. Replacements have already been shipped out. Amazing customer service!!

I have placed an order which sadly arrived with 1 item damaged. I spoke to customer support about it, without any hesitation I was given a full refund.
Customer support were extremely friendly, professional and sweet! Shot out to Sarann for being very compassionate.
Not to mention that the hot chocolate I received were amazing, especially the hot honey! So weird, so delightful.

Damaged item
My subscription items turned up in an undanaged box but one of the items lid was missing and the contents were split in the box. Phoned Sophie and emailed pictures of the box and she sorted within minutes for me and sent me a replacement by priority which arrived the next day. Excellent service

Shipment issue and resolution
I had an issue with a shipment to the US, about which I emailed Whittard of Chelsea. I got more than full satisfaction from the company and from Sophie. She responded in a timely and thorough manner, resolved the issue, and stayed in contact throughout the process. I felt as if I had a person advocating for me. I don’t often get that feeling in this tech age. I will be pleased to order again from Whittard of Chelsea.

Very good customer service
Sarann resolved my problem with some loose leaf tea very quickly and efficiently.
I am a regular customer and a packet of 1886 was not its usual quality. In fact it was a different tea altogether. However, my complaint was resolved quickly and replacement sent promptly. I will continue being a customer of Whittards.

Whittards Rewards code
Just resolved a problem with using a Whittards Rewards code to part-pay for an order. Sarann, who I dealt with using the online chat, sorted things out for me in a very straight-forward way and I'm happy with the outcome.

DO NOT ORDER FROM WHITTARD WEBSITE
I placed an order with named-day delivery for Monday, as the delivery needed to arrive while our office was open. Instead, the parcel was delivered on Saturday, outside business hours, and left unattended outside.
When the order was accessed, part of the order was missing.
Despite multiple contacts with customer service, Whittard has refused to refund or replace the missing item(s). They have relied solely on internal warehouse checks and courier confirmation and have asked me to provide CCTV footage, which I am unable to share due to data protection and safeguarding restrictions in a shared property.
Whittard has acknowledged the delivery service failure but is only offering a refund of the delivery charge, while denying responsibility for the missing item(s) and placing the burden of investigation on the customer.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, particularly for a premium brand. Poor delivery handling, an incomplete order, and an unsatisfactory resolution process.0/10 - 20/01 NO UPDATE AS OF YET

I experienced a very quick response from Sarann at Whittard's to help me with an order which had been lost in the post. Within 24 hours of my first email a replacement of my order (free of charge) had been arranged which I received about three days later. All items were received in good condition. Will remember the good customer service!
