So I bought a leashod flat. The building was not finished properly. Leaking roof, unfinished gutters, poor pipework. Leaseholders left with a mounting 400k bill. Stress of it is terrible. The flats looked great inside but they have not properly finished the building and they sell the freeholds on to business’s like Adriatic.

We’ve had a really positive experience with customer service, especially Charlotte, throughout the process of selling our flat. Communication has been excellent—she consistently responded quickly to lots of questions or concerns, which has made the whole process feel much smoother and less stressful.

Overall, her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help have made a big difference, and now we would definitely recommend Weston Homes based on our experience.

Poor renovation and slow in correcting failings

I am still waiting eight years later for Weston Homes to make good the property we have a leaking roof we have downpipes that we’re not done properly. They actually used soil pipes as down pipes which do not work properly causing problems all over the building. We have so many issues with this building from them not developing the property properly leaving us as tenants the problem with trying to get them to fix issues. Come on Weston Homes pull your finger out and deliver your promise. We are a stage now where we can all get mortgages and sell our properties because there is so much that needs to be done. The stress that this has caused.

Lee was great throughout the whole exchange process, helping us through the move in stage and also fending off the awful lawyers we initially had trust in.

If you are considering buying from Weston Homes, be warned. Our block was completed in 2022, yet multiple fire doors have been found to be non-compliant, exceeding the legal limits for safety gaps.
Despite these being life-safety defects, Weston Homes is refusing to fix them, dismissively claiming it is 'general maintenance' rather than a fundamental failure to meet building regulations.

Even more alarming: when asked for the mandatory safety documentation ('Golden Thread'),
the documents provided lacked the specific measurements required by law. They are essentially hiding behind incomplete paperwork while families are left at risk.
We are in the UK in 2026 when it comes to pricing real state and taking money from us, but a third-world country when it comes to enforcing the law. A developer should not be allowed to build sub-standard housing and then ignore the Building Safety Regulations. Shocking is an understatement!!

Weston homes is a serious agency and has the best agent in London, we are buying a flat brand new home , and is our first time buy , Weston homes give us 5 % of the deposit as gift followed by our 5% . ( very nice touch) , i’m very happy of how all the bureaucratic paper work as been handle and Simon was very helpful and incredible professional without forget that behind every sale there are humans , we worked soo hard for our dreams house for long time and having an agent with good attitude and like a dad behaviour is essential and crucial . Simon was punctual , helpful to any part , he put as in contact for every step with all the connected people(broker Vincent burch, top broker!!, solicitor , builders , and insurance home , bank and all the others) everything is incredible precise and fast that if you dreaming an house today , with all of them is gonna be real done tomorrow!!! We so many different flats in the same building and Simon was listening carefully all our needs until we found oyr flat, lightly , technology, spacious , cosy , convenient, stylish, with balcony and with garden that was my 1 first essential topping on my home list. Many flats available yet but not for long time… i believe with an agent so good as Simon , all will be sold fast!!! All in the staff of Weston home they are nice , I’m incredible surprise how best we choose and how best they are !!! Thank Simon , thank to all of weston home !!!
