The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Communication was clear, response times were fast, and every interaction felt genuine and professional. It's rare these days to find such a high level of care and attention.

We have downsized from a large house to a new apartment which has not been easy. Valerie and Judy have been a great support to us and are always helpful and pleasant when we need assistance. Nothing is too much trouble.

I bought an apartment at Gun Hill Park, the sales team were lovely in the buying process. Some parts were difficult but overall happy.

The aftercare however has been really tricky and getting snagging work done seems to be painfully slow with the customer service team. Logging issues, getting replies and timely follow ups is very bad.

However, I cannot compliment Jamie from the site team enough when he attends to fix the problems at hand. It is not his fault that the customer service team are slow but he is always very accommodating, friendly and happy to help with any issues at hand. Even attending to issues which he finds when he gets here without me having to report it.

I wish the customer service team took our complaints more seriously.

I cannot fault the amazing flat that I’ve been able to move into, and any little snags are quickly sorted by Louie and the team from Weston Homes. I still pop in to see Judy and Valerie in the sales office to update them on bits and bobs and Sean was incredibly helpful when I had an issue and went above and beyond to help. Chloe from customer services has also been very helpful whenever I’ve needed something sorting.
Such a kind team who help really make the experience a dream as a first time buyer.

Bought an apartment at the Gun Hill Park redevelopment. The place is stunning and I can’t rate the sales team highly enough.

However, the after care has almost been non-existent. Been a month since I sent my first snagging list and they don’t seem interested at all in putting right the issues.

So far so good! You would think that buying a flat must be stressful and difficult but not with Weston Homes!

I have received reply from weston homes after 3 months stating that issue have been resolved. My issue still not resolved i an not sure why Weston homes giving FALSE STATEMENT to my review. Its unfair and un acceptable reply from Weston homes.

My family and I purchased Flat 10 at Erken Plaza from Weston Homes in August 2023. Almost immediately, we encountered a severe and persistent problem: the internal temperature consistently remained between 15 and 16 degrees Celsius. This is unacceptable, especially with three young children (aged 5, 3, and 1.5 years old). We were forced to run heaters 24/7, incurring significantly higher energy bills than anticipated.

In September 2023, I reported this issue to Weston Homes. A representative visited the flat and acknowledged the unusually low temperature, stating they had never experienced anything similar in other properties. Despite this, the problem remained unresolved.

I contacted the NHBC, but they required confirmation from Weston Homes that all necessary work had been completed. Despite repeated requests, Weston Homes failed to provide this confirmation. After considerable effort, Weston Homes customer service team agreed to waive heating charges until the issue was resolved.

However, in June 2024, a new customer service representative, reinstated the heating charges without prior notice, claiming the problem was fixed. This was demonstrably false; we endured another winter with the same freezing temperatures. Weston Homes continued to bill us despite the ongoing defect.

Now, in the summer of 2025, Weston Homes is again demanding payment and threatening debt recovery action. I am prepared to pay for heating from the date the issue is genuinely resolved, but I refuse to accept responsibility for a defect in the property. The persistent cold has caused significant distress to my family, and Weston Homes' response has been utterly inadequate.

I expect a much higher standard of service from a company with Weston Homes' reputation. Their failure to address this serious issue, coupled with their dismissive and threatening customer service, is appalling. I believe Weston Homes should compensate us for the hardship we have endured over two winters due to their negligence. I strongly advise potential buyers to carefully consider the risks before purchasing a property from Weston Homes.

We highlighted a structural doorway defect after our two year new build problems period being unable to close the balcony first floor door and safety fears. Lyn at customer care was excellent and reassuring getting their agent straight away to secure this door that very day and the repair/ installation firm to look into the issue within five days .Superb seamless aftercare service from all involved - Lyn, Jamie and Denise from Sash Windows Hats off to you all !
