Karen’s Diner Experience!
There are so many five star reviews I wish I was writing one too. Luck of the draw I guess, it seems the majority of staff are amazing from what I have read. Unfortunately I went for my first assessment appointment in their new Prestatyn branch- it was so bad it was comical! Let’s be clear I’m not a nervous patient, yet when I made a mild grimace at the thought of an implant Mr Ferguson’s immediate response was ‘why have you pulled a face like that’, and then ‘it comes to something when a qualified expert can’t tell his patients what they need’ - this made me smile- what a strange comment- I replied it was probably some anxiety at the thought? Then followed comments about how brave he was to have implants that colleagues are doing. Also how he knew someone who died while eating breakfast - not following his health example - that’s what happens when you don’t take advice from experts’. This was becoming an almost out of body experience!!! He even brought Donald Trump into the conversation and his comments during the pandemic about giving people disinfectant in their veins! … like I said it was comical it was so bad! Throughout the appointment Mr Ferguson kept telling me how he had carried out more than 10,000 procedures, he was like a sleezy car salesman- except that’s not fair to car salesmen!!! His approach was extremely condescending. Maybe it’s worth making an appointment just for the experience it would be similar to those Karen’s Diners.
As for the new Prestatyn branch, it’s lovely. All other members of staff were welcoming, considerate and very professional. What a shame they are being let down by Mr Ferguson!
