Wesley Chapel Toyota Arvostelua

They were excellent in informing me and service was good. It’s just that when I had a kia- they would always wash and vacuum my car so I miss that.

Jessica was fantastic. Kept me informed on all the details of what needed to be done as well as info on the #Warranty

Great service and finish on time as recommended

Service Manager Roland went above and beyond to find a noise in my car. He personally took a drive with me to locate and find the noise and fix the problem the next day.

The advisor went through the recommended work to be done on the car taking the time to research the history of the work performed. This gave me confidence on what needed to be done and what could be postponed to a larer date.

Mahmood was my salesman by chance as he pleasantly greeted me as I was walking up to the show room. It was an absolute pleasure working with Mahmood and trading my Camry in and replacing it with a new Tacoma. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and made everything happen with no pressure just listening to my needs and wants. No pressure to over sell me at all. I would recommend to request Mahmood for his excellent service when you need your next reliable Toyota.

Josh was amazing! He knew what I needed before I even knew. He was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Great service department—always a good experience.

Excellent service. Pull up and no waiting. Someone always there to greet you. Fluid operation. Easy. Joe Manko assisted and did a great job. The wait was reasonable for so many people being there. Less than an hour. Appreciate the good service. Other dealerships nearby have gotten terrible. I’ll stay at Toyota now. Thanks!

Courtesy of our Toyota rep that worked with us. . Time line of our service, fact that fluids were filled on arrival. Young man that greeted us had a very heavy accent. A little difficult to understand.

Mason is excellent and the mechanic. Trust their advice and work performed.

Service Advisor, Rick Davis delivered competent diagnosis and complete and efficient repairs on all of my vehicles. Sterling customer care and a superior service experience!

I purchased my last 3 cars at Wesley Chapel Toyota. The sales team is great as well as the warranty services they provide.

Mr Davis is the man!

My service advisor, Rick Davis is fantastic. He kept me informed and the service went smoothly,

Ness as my sales representative has always been fantastic. Even though he has sold me a car almost a year ago he still continuously checks in on me to see if there is anything he can assist with. He also is a friendly face to see and speak with when I come in for service. Alexander is my go to service representative as well- he is efficient and honest and gets me out the door quickly.

Great customer service. My vehicles always run great.

I was happy with the service that was done to my car. Car felt like its just driven off the lot. Joseph was great, he took me through all the repairs that was needed to be done, and kept me abreast each step every time.

Very respectful and courteous. Our service adviser kept us informed about my vehicle and the technician was very professional. Both gentleman were very respectful and professional.

Everything was well organized and worked as planed
