They pay attention to details, answering all my questions about my car. They made me feel good like I could go home and relax or take my car and just hit the road and just go , no worries!

The service is fast and efficient.

Great experience as always. My service advisor was professional and extremely helpful.

I had a lot of service items from last years service check on my RAV4 that I did not do and I needed taken care of. I made an early morning appointment because I was going to wait. After the inspection I had another item added, the battery failed the test. So I thought I’d be there all day. I was prepared with a book and brought crackers for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised when everything was taken care of by noon. My car runs new again. Thank you Richard Kindle for keeping me informed.

Awesome experience, best car buying experience I ever had. I will be recommending friends and family to go here and ask for Daryle.

It was very good experience, the sales person was the best, I wasn’t sure about to get a Toyota, but Reginald Strachan made me change my mind. His the best Sales person .

Well my advisor was the best advisor I've never experienced in my entire life. The management there is amazing and the facility is gorgeous. The temperature inside the building is just absolutely perfect. The technicians do an incredible job fix everything properly the first time. I can't say enough good things about Wesley Chapel Toyota the service manager and service director really have the dealership running perfect and extremely efficient. No charge loaner cars for anything at anytime is above and beyond top level customer service. Thank you Wesley Chapel Toyota!! And thanks Phill you're pretty cool too and probably the coolest advisor I've ever met actually.

I have purchased at least 7 vehicles from this dealership and have always used this property for all my service needs.

Amazing and so helpful! Really do work with you and really do perform great service without it feeling scammy or a total rip off!!!

service was great and the person who accepted me was very nice and helpful.

The day I went in for my appt was pretty busy but Richard Davis kept us apprised of what was going on and he made sure that I knew what was the most importantly thing to get on the car after inspection. Very caring gentleman.

Very professional and always let you know what’s going on with your vehicle and give you the option to take care of it now or later. I love the video ideal so you see what’s going on.

They were excellent in informing me and service was good. It’s just that when I had a kia- they would always wash and vacuum my car so I miss that.

Jessica was fantastic. Kept me informed on all the details of what needed to be done as well as info on the #Warranty
