Amazing experience and easy

Wellbots had the electric bike that we were after. My wife purchase a bike through Heybike during a special for Valentine's Day and I purchased one through Wellbots. Heybike responded to my wife claiming they were out of stock, so she purchased one through Wellbots also. After the purchase, Wellbots upgraded both of our bikes to the next better model, because of the high volume of sale from Heybike. A big thanks to Julien with helping us get what we wanted. Thanks Wellbots

This is the WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER…

This is the WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER DONE — AT THE WORST STORE I HAVE EVER PURCHASE. THEY NEVER SENT ME A BILL. ALL WHAT I BOUGHT CAME TOO LATE AND IN DIFFERENT DELIVERIES. A REAL MESS.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING AT THIS STORE. UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE REAL PROBLEMS.

We find your review unusual, as we have been unable to locate your name, order, or any prior exchanges with you. Through Trustpilot, we reached out asking for your details in order to understand what went wrong, improve our service, and provide the best support to our customers, but unfortunately, we have not received any response from you.

I'll try to be brief

I'll try to be brief, Theo is awesome! Sarah is right alongside of him. I was undecided about a purchase. Theo, graciously gave me 24 hours to make a decision. Meanwhile, the item was shipped. I contacted Theo and he said everything would be refunded as soon as the package arrived back at the warehouse. That all happened over the course of a week and I've got my full refund in my bank account with no issues along the way.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate the constant communication and follow up and follow through with my undecided purchase.
I certainly will use Wellbots the future.
