Your absolutely crap my doctors had to give me a new prescription as I had been without my tablet's for four days and after I'd pick them up from the local chemist I received your prescription, your absolutely a waste of time I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy and I have made sure that I get them the way I have had them for the last few years

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your prescription took longer than you expected.
We received your prescription in the late afternoon on Thursday 2nd July, this was then processed Friday 3rd July and it was the dispatched the following working day which was Monday 6th July, most prescriptions are processed and dispensed within 3 working days. We advise on our website that prescriptions can take up to 7 working days, please ensure that you order at least 10 working days in advance to allow for prescriptions to be processed, dispensed and delivered.
We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked and delivery can take 2-4 working days, your prescription shows it was delivered within this timescale.

I paid extra for Express delivery 24hr Royal Mail delivery and the item did not arrive for four days!

Expedited delivery does not guarantee next day delivery as it can depend what time you placed your order. Orders require to be processed before dispatching and depending on the item, may require approval from a pharmacist.
The item you ordered was a pharmacy medicine, this will have required a pharmacist approval before it could be dispatched.
Once approved, orders are then dispensed and dispatched via:
Royal Mail 24hr (Tracked24) for express delivery - Delivery can take 1-2 days.
Royal Mail 48hr (Tracked48) for standard delivery - Delivery can take 3-5 days.

The email reminding Robin Turner to…
The email reminding Robin Turner to renew prescription gave renewal option for Kathryn Turner's prescription. Sometimes the opposite happens in emails. Both correctable on NHS apps. Early ordering essential, as arrival of medication is at least 2 weeks after ordering . No incorrect medication has arrived so good in that department

Asked several times for all meds to come in one packet each time I order a med is missing again this time , I also have had a parcel damaged and some of the meds not in there and when asked to resend I felt like I was asking for good pushed around the houses used to be fine but going down hill new website is horrible

Messed around and left me without important medication
I will never be using be using my local (Not Very) Well pharmacy again due to mix ups over my medications.
I went there to collect my medications a number of times only to face problems, one some of my medications that I needed weren't there.
The last straw was when my medication was sent there and was ready to be collected (though I received no notification at all) only to be told that they couldn't give me it because there was no pharmacist on duty. Therefore one of my important medications was not given so I had run out and am now going through the stress of trying to sort out a new prescription for it.
Luckily my condition that these medications are prescribed has not flared up as yet as it can (and has) put me in hospital before.
Now I'm trying to move my appointed pharmacy to an online one so it will be delivered with (hopefully) no waiting or messing about.
I put in a complaint about this but never heard anything so I presume they are not interested so I will never be using Well pharmacy again.
