Well Pharmacy Arvostelua 

What can I say about Well Pharmacy? Fine to begin with and then the demons set in. It became very chaotic.
I placed my order and got a confirmation email of that order. I was told 2 items were sent out and received only one. Then I received 2 items, one of which was a duplicate of the first one. Then I received a box with almost all of the medication. I then received an email saying they had not heard from my GP and had sent them a reminder. I had already received my medication by then, albeit one item still outstanding.
This is not the first time I have had to chase them and I have come to the conclusion that it will be my last, in future I will be trying another way to get my medication.
I sent them emails, received a generic response saying someone from the team will be in touch. I have never received a response from them and I am thoroughly fed up keep sending emails and chasing them up. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere from now on.
I am sorry Well Pharmacy, but I do not see how I can recommend your services. if you cannot get one person's medication correct, it makes me wonder how many others you are not servicing properly.
Whilst writing this review, I had to check my emails for a code and I have received a further email from Well saying that 4 items are expected and should be received in 2 to 4 days, and it doesn't contain the one item I am waiting for.
I did start with 3 stars, but have since reduced it to one star, it just goes from bad to worse.

Having my prescription fulfilled and sent by Royal mail works well for me.

prescription went to pharmacy Thursday am Friday told it would be ready sat after 11 sat told it would be Tuesday after 2. For an antifungal cream to stop the further increase in area and irritation caused by it this is too long to wait

Usually great experience however ordered my prescription on 21st August heard nothing from them and still not received. I’m completely out of medication now and no update. Terrible service. I contacted them on chat and took 5 days for any response and even then got told did you still need us? I don’t need you I need my medication!

I would say this is the best pharmacy in Inverclyde, as I have been using it for years, and now iam back down in the house I grew up in.
As my mother passed away.
I still come up to Greenock as the Staff are so helpful and polite, the pharmacy has a bit you buy little bargains.
A lovely big shop area.

Really bad communication. They don’t check the online help desk, even when their own bot refers you to a pharmacist and its always disconnecting and reconnecting to the chat. I waited all day and was ignored. I finally had to phone them just to get a response.
My anxiety was through the roof.
I’m now having to fight for a refund despite the fact they never sent the medication I paid for.
I had to go to a different pharmacy who dispensed it with no issues and were genuinely helpful.
I should not have to pay the same prescription twice because Well didn’t send it.
Thank you to Boots for sorting it quickly — you have a new customer.
Do not bother with Well’s online service. I will not be using them again after this stressful experience.

Overall I have been really pleased with the service and support however, my last experience was not good. My online appointment was late, the interaction with the pharmacist was lacking. In fact I did consider whether to move my business to another online pharmacy afterwards. However, as my other appointments in the main have been good (with other pharmacists) I am going to give it another chance.

This is a much appreciated, free service which works perfectly for me. I receive reminders, and once my order is approved I’m kept updated re- delivery etc.

Well Pharmacy are quick and efficient and give reminders when it is time to re-order.

Phone call and subsequent order arrived promptly

Worst chemist ever , never have the stuff in you need and the waiting time is ridiculous 🤬

I panic when I go into shops. Going into Wells pharmacy is a pleasurable experience. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. They’re also dog friendly which means I don’t panic.
