Support for the new medication I’m on has been fantastic

Took 5 days to dispatch medine. Combined with poor royal mail delivery means it's taken over 2 weeks so far from ordering and still not received

Fair service, easy to communicate with and everything explained in clear simply language. Felt listened to.

I requested a repeat prescription with a weeks worth of medication left and I’m very saddened that it arrived 4 days after I had run out. It’s unbelievable, it should not happen, the service must improve, especially as there will be some people whose health could be severely impacted if they were to experience such a delay!

So happy with how efficient it was, my prescription was with me on time. 😀

Highly recommend this service. It’s so much easier than standing in a queue in the Chemist. I order my prescriptions on NHS app, My GP approves and sent the prescription to Well online pharmacy. They have a great app and I can watch the progress. They notify me when dispatched. Then Royal Mail deliver it 24 hours later. Perfect!

Getting medication delivered was great and upto date information about when to expect delivery very good. Only thing i don't understand is w6a local well pharmacy wasn't used as my wife gets her medication delivered locally.

Your absolutely crap my doctors had to give me a new prescription as I had been without my tablet's for four days and after I'd pick them up from the local chemist I received your prescription, your absolutely a waste of time I wouldn't recommend you to my worst enemy and I have made sure that I get them the way I have had them for the last few years

I paid extra for overnight delivery and the item did not arrive for four days!

Royal mail is the only let down

The email reminding Robin Turner to renew prescription gave renewal option for Kathryn Turner's prescription. Sometimes the opposite happens in emails. Both correctable on NHS apps. Early ordering essential, as arrival of medication is at least 2 weeks after ordering . No incorrect medication has arrived so good in that department
