My order was placed with our surgery over 10 days ago with 8 items ordered for myself and 6 items ordered for my wife....we had notification from WELL the following day but all we have received is 1 small package and are running out of our medication.

Very disappointed with Well Pharmacy. My Mounjaro took 3 days to arrive during very hot weather, and the cooling pack was completely melted and warm.

I contacted Well with photos and raised concerns about whether the medication had been kept at the correct temperature. Three days later, I still haven’t received any response.

For a temperature-sensitive medication, this is unacceptable customer service.

I need the medication for e pre-existing condition that comes and goes, so it's a repeat prescription. By doing it via Well pharmacy it cuts out a visit to see my doctor.

Just joined so I could get new medication delivered. There was a problem at first ( don't think at your end as medication cannot be ordered too far in advance) but the doctor and then your staff did all they could to get required prescription out speedily. I am giving 5 stars for this reason hoping good zervice continues.

Whatever the tube with cream in is made of splits and a lot of cream is wasted plus when you press up to get a dose of cream out just keeps coming out and that gets wasted too so a new improved tube would be beneficial to not lose so much cream

The prescription was unexpectedly delivered by post - I was expecting to collect it from the Pharmacy in Church Street Martock as usual.
It arrived in time but this was 3 or 4 days later than I had expected to collect it.
